Last night I went to Woodys for the first time with a group of 5. As I walked in the bar looked quite nice, but I immediately noticed their overemployed staff in the corner ( I called it their eagles nest) doing absolutely nothing. Our waitress immediately told us that this was only her 2nd day on the job. She did not ask for ID ( we are all under the age of 28), one being 22 years. We ordered chicken, jalapeno cheese balls and nachos. The nachos took an hour. I had a star wars character come up to my table and put a light saber in my face, which was very odd, to say the least. I had a decent time regardless, but when we were ready to leave we had a very rude woman come up and begin to ask what all we had. We had immediately let our waitress know we were to have 2 different tabs, 4 out of 5 of us on one tab. They didnt even know what we had gotten throughout the night. Way to serve us drinks and then ask for us to do your job. I was sickened at how bad of an experience this turned into. This place is very unprofessional with beginners on the job with no training. This was evident. If you go to Woodys dont expect a good time.....And yes, it may start that way. Youve been warned.

Bowling is bowling.. Customer service should be customer service.. The front desk crew for the bowling is a terrible bunch of guys who are extremely rude. I would single out the old man with glasses who working the register who makes smart rude remarks about using a card for a few dollars on Wednesdays. Today paid for shoes and two games, half way through the game my lane is stopped half way saying contact front desk. One of the people in my party go up to see whats up, man states I didnt pay for any games what so ever. I went up there myself to resolve and made sure they knew I paid for everything earlier that night. Rude old man with the glasses begins being rude and acts like he is giving me a favor for the mix up. In fact it was his mistake and was not doing me any favors. Youre 59 years old and do the same thing night after night. How do you mess this up? In summary, if youre reading this GO TO COLLEGE. Dont be another grumpy old man working the front desk at the bowling alley.

Went to have a good time with some friends wasnt going to bowl then decided I changed my mind and would go buy a pair of shoes after all as soon as I went up to the cashier I told the man I wanted a pair of shoes and I handed him a $50 bill my sister was next to me so he asked if it was just for me or her too I said just me. After she paid I noticed he wasnt giving me my change back and i asked he then said I didnt give him any money! They made me wait about an hour while they checked the cameras which the manger DONNA came back and said she didnt see any thing. She then took off to go count the money of the cash register to after all tell me I was close but yet gave me my correct change.! Be careful they seem to try to scam people all the time.! Horrible service they promised a refund and I got nothing not even free passes to bowl. And they were drinking to top it all off.!!!!

Food was terrible so was the waitress. Only reason they get two stars is because they have a bowling alley and thats hard to mess up. First waitress said family bread sticks were this big (held out hands) and i had to to ask this big by this big. Then told me stick were one plate she came out and laughed and said so i guess its two plates. They had no flavor and wouldnt order again spinach dip was the same no flavor and all probably frozen then heated up food. Asked about a kids menu and said they do but only in the morning. Said i thought i seen chicken strips on there and she replied yes thats our special. Two chicken strips and fries in the morning for the kids. Terrible experience and food would try steak and shake across the street before going here!

Was a regular midnite bowler til thay fired the other DJs "For being too dirty". stopped going cause now theyre playing music is if were all 10-12 years old. Its like 1 AM, there isnt going to be any small children and if there is its on the parent if they subject their children to an adult atmosphere. music makes an event like that, and when you start playing "let it go" from frozen, it doesnt just ruin it for me, but everyone else that i used to go with. Other than that, the food is great, the place is clean, and the lanes are well maintained. get the old music back, and i might come back as well, until then, my business will not be brought here.

Every week I have an issue trying to get a lane. Ive called and they dont do reservations however every Sunday all the lanes are "reserved" outside of the leagues. I was told this time the parties call way ahead of time to hold their spot but its first come first serve. So trying to call a week ahead of time isnt enough time? Certain managers are very rude as well, if all the lanes are booked they just look you and say "oh well, I have nothing for you" not apologetic or anything at all. Terrible customer service

Was in town for State Games of America. Participating in bowling. The establishment is very clean and well kept. Except for the synthetic approaches. They SUCK. No slide at all. As a former professional bower, and bowling proprietor, they should be ashamed of those approaches. I would never bowl in this establishment again unless this would be corrected. Hence, the two stars. The food from Woodys is very good. Wanting service from one of the bartenders was like wanting a root canal.

Went here for bowling with the family. Food was generic, all of the bowling balls were greasy and nobody could slide on the bowling floor. Five stars for the waitress who was friendly and always smiling, two stars for the uninterested bowling attendant and whatever reason the shoes and floor where incompatible. State of the art scoring computers spend way to much time playing graphics of cartoon pins acting silly. Drinks were overpriced compared to other alleys.

Stopped in Friday evening around 10:30. We sat at a table near the bar. After waiting 15 minutes for a waitress, we went to the bar to order. We waited there about 10 minutes while two bartenders never acknowledged us. We decided this wasnt the place for us and left. The bar was somewhat busy but no busier than the next place we went and were served immediately.

A Private User

The worst ever. You have to pay to get in even if u are not bowling. $12 to sit at a table. So dont bring anyone who just wants to chill and have some drinks with u while u r bowling. They dont want ur business. Then when u put up a stink about it they watch u all night like u r gonna steal something. I would not recomend this place to my worst enemy.
