Stay away from this dump. They need new staff that know how to run a business. Not clowns that just want to close the place early to go home. Want to thank you for saying you would be open until 2am when we called earlier. Got there at 1230 to hear we are closed not enough business to stay open.maybe if you treated your customers better and cleaned up the smelly place you would have more customers. The guy that worked there could if at least said sorry but no he was to worried about going home. Thanks for making me waste all my gas to drive to you place in an unsafe area. REMEMBER it only takes 1 bad customer to lose more customers. Thank god We have good bowling places in grand rapids

Customer Service sucks... When i was a kid this place used to be packed all of the time.. New Management? I dont know.. This place received a small remodel but still seems very under utilized.. It seems as though "Not Enough People to Stay Open..." is their Business Motto. They rush you out the door, only let you play one game, they close early so they can go home and they never apologize for any of it. They do things like give you 4 plastic cups instead of a pitcher because they dont want to do dishes? Sickening right? I wont be back.. At least you can tell why there is no one there bowling anymore.. It seems like they will be going out of business soon..

WORST BOWLING ALLEY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. this lady who worked at the bar took my drink away because i had 2 drinks in front of me when one of them wasnt even mine. She told it away without asking my friends and I anything. She should be fired because i saw her stealing bowling balls, it was this older lady. A straight up mean person who should not have a job here, her guest servicing was the worst i ever experienced. EVERYONE else was extremely nice and they should be the only ones working here. (she had curly dark hair by the way)

me and my boyfriend came in and it looked very unorganized at the front desk the lady was rude and said "we need your name to be put on the waiting list " but the thing was the counter was already crowded with other customers. I felt that was rude and on top of that she didnt even greet us those were her first words. The lanes and atmosphere is nice. The food is good other than the manager not filling my slush cup up that was supposed to be a large and then she lied about why she didnt.

To start, i called at 6 pm to ask when open bowling was, the guy told me that it wouldnt be busy after 12, so we could come in and bowl from 12-2 am.... We got there at 12:30, and we walk in. We asked about the open bowling, the guy says "Were closed" and it was only 12:30 AM!! That bonehead just wanted to go home!!! lol so dont go to this bowling alley cuz its in the ghetto for one, and the service SUCKS... oh and burn rubber in their parking lot, it makes them happy!!!!!

The best bowling alley Ive been to in awhile. The food is good and the specials are reasonably priced.The staff worked had to accommodate our needs. I had my daughters Birthday party there and they bent over backwards to make sure we had a great time. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to have a fundraiser,birthday party, or to just open bowl. Very clean and a great place to take the family.

DISCLAIMER: This review was written without the the writer (myself) ever setting foot in the bowling alley. That is because on three separate occasions, I have showed up with a group of friends excited and ready to bowl, only to find that, despite the hours posted online, the lanes are closed. Im just disappointed, thats all.

We have had two hockey parties here and everyone really enjoyed it. The manager and staff were very accommodating, friendly and attentive. The pizza is pretty good too! The facilities are very clean and the decor has been updated recently. I will definitely schedule another party here in the future.

Me and my family enjoy going to merri-bowl it is close to home, kid friendly, the pizza is excellent. the service is good and the bar is well stocked. as a family it is a great time for all of us and we will be going back soon. also dont forget your quarters for the claw games.

New owners, newly remodeled... we had a great time for my daughters birthday party! They were very accommodating and friendly! All the bad reviews on here are from before the new owner bought it and remodeled... we were very impressed!

This is a nice bowling alley that seems to be very well maintained. It wasnt super busy which was nice for open bowling on a Friday night. The bar area is very nice looking. The food menu from the snack stand could be improved.

Had my sons birthday party there. I was able to book on short notice when our plans changed. They were very friendly and accommodating, prices were reasonable. The event was fun and easy, everyone had a great time.
