Easy access, easy parking... watch the one way water direction coming into and out of the docks. Current can be a little strong coming in, but once passed the breaker wall, its fine. By the way, watch the breaker wall. Its well marked, but currently under water. Its 7 bucks to launch here. Launch, head south under the bridge to Humbug Marina area for fuel docks, store... head north and your going up the river in front of Elizabeth Park. The Sheriffs office and Patrol boats are kept here. Safest place on the water. Happy Boating.

Nice quiet park. Would say its an ok place to fish on the river. Good place for a picnic. Great place to walk around, take in some nature and disconnect from city life for a bit. Small skate park for teenagers and a couple of different areas for kids to play. Unsure if they still do pony rides here anymore...Very common to see wedding parties taking pictures on the beautifully rebuilt foot traffic bridges in this park.

Elizabeth Park is a beautiful park, most people dont know what theyre missing.totally interested in continuing. the trips that I take walking around, but for today a busy day I must clean my house, but Im totally interested in doing a complete review. one with correct punctuation accurate details, I shall return to continue, for now Carl chocolates signing off!!!!!!!!!! i went to elizabeth park when i was a wee lad with my intire family we would get there early stay all day take a picnic lunch and enjoy the beautiful park and the detroit river we would walk along the river look over at gross ile watch the bridge to gross ile swing open iam 77 now i love the memories of going to elizabeth park when i was wee lad great memories

Been going here for many years. It has changed so many times. Right now they do car shows, concerts, picnics, poney rides, ice cream, festivals and even weddings. Its a beautiful park along the river. Lots of people have wedding pictures taken there. Its nice for family outings.

Beautiful park always well maintained, perfect for walking along the Riverside on a romantic evening, or fishing with some friends. This park offers a variety of amazing locations for photography if you are looking for a good spot for shoots

Nice quiet park, free addmission. Public restrooms,concession stand ( in season ), kayak launch. Only dislike, no water fountains.Make sure to bring your own water. Nice view of the river and Grosse Ile.Pony rides for the kids.

Love this park. Its quiet, large and peaceful. Its easy to find some place quiet to go and sit by yourself or find a spot four the whole family. Fishing, swings, playground equipment, exercise equipment, its all here!

Nice Park and great place to take a walk but if you want to BBQ bring your own grill. The grills look like they havent been replaced since the 80s and are all broke or very close to it.

Great park to fish at, and bring the kids to play. I will say the grass could be elevated a bit around the kids play area so water doesnt sit and make the ground muddy.
