My boyfriend and I decided to stop in for dinner here last night. BIG MISTAKE! We order our food about 10 minutes after we sit down....then we order a couple drinks.....and a couple more.....and a couple more....and a couple more. We sit there an hour and 20 minutes. We watched an episode of two broke girls, Hells Kitchen, and the news and our food is still not done! The waitress offered no reassurance or explanation. Finally, we decide were over it and we just want to pay for our drinks and leave. I get up and find our waitress and very politely tell her the situation. "Youre food is coming out in just one minute! Im sorry, our cook quit today.", she says. I go back to the table and tell my boyfriend. Hes pissed, we just want to leave...a minute later she brings out my food. Just my food, not even both of our meals! I had order the Parmesan & herb crusted grouper, which wasnt crusted with anything really....just looked like a plain piece of fish, served with a baked potato that was a weird, grey color (looked pretty old) and nasty looking canned corn. I tell the bartender, who brought the food to the table,"This doesnt look very good. Im sorry, I dont want to pay $16 for this." (Keep in mind my boyfriend STILL does not have his pizza). Her response was,"you ordered it, you have to pay for it," in a very crappy tone. I couldnt believe what I was hearing! We went back and forth for a minute, and I told her I was NOT paying for it. Thats when SHE THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS ON ME....for being extremely dissatisfied with how long we had to wait, and then the quality of the food. Can you believe that? I couldnt! Long story short, after arguing for about 15 minutes, they offer for us to just pay for his pizza and drinks. We do it, just to get out of that degenerate hell hole. I have given them a ton of business in the past. Mostly just drinking, so I had never dealt with anything like this. This is how they treat their repeat customers! They couldve handled this differently and kept me as a repeat customer (probably forever), but because of how they acted, I will never set foot in here again and I would advise everyone else to do the same! If youre in Three Oaks, go to Nelsons Saloon (18 N. Elm Street) and see Dave for a great burger.

Got here Friday evening, two drunken idiots were allowed to spill drinks, scream at the top of their lungs, and hit on my girlfriend and proceed to jump in their pick-up trucks and drive home. Utter Chaos
