The agents are cold and unhelpful. They cant help you with skymiles info, info about the club, or even seem interested in selling you into the cards. It seems like a very cold environment and I am sure it isnt anything special anymore. Used to be a great thing. Not so much anymore. The one in Indy was no exception.

So the front door staff seems a little too stuck up. Its an airport lounge for goodness sakes. I had a terrible experience with the front desk today. Just a heads up, priority pass members are not welcomed here.

Not very good. Asked bar tender to wrap my bagel and she informed me that her staff manager would not allow it. She was extremely friendly in saying no.

Very thankful for all of the staff, who are helpful during flight delays/cancellations. Plus, the bartenders are super friendly too!
