Employees were very low-energy and rude. They didnt have half-sized shoes like other places in Southeast Michigan. I got horrible-quality velcro shoes while my friends got good shoes with laces. If you are going to run a bowling alley, you should invest in good shoes for your customers. Additionally, there were no sizes/weights written on most of the balls, which was inconvenient for someone like myself who must use a 10 no matter what. Only very large-holed and tiny-holed bowling balls were left for my friends and me, which was very annoying for us. If you want a better experience, Id recommend either going to Superbowl Lanes in Canton, MI or Plaza Lanes in Plymouth, MI.

She leaves rude voice messages all the time ...Im wondering who the owner of Novi bowl is ...PLEASE FIRE HER!! Horrible customer service at this place. Been here twice in the last two weeks and both times was treated like i was a huge inconvenience to the staff. The girl bartender is the most rude person Ive ever encountered behind a bar and i spent 10 years working in the service industry! Looking at these reviews i can see Im not the only one noticing these problems. The owner should make some changes before he starts loosing more customers over his very poor staff.

The people up front sprayed as little cleaner as possible into the shoes and when I asked them to spray more they told me I was lucky they sprayed them at all and should leave before I "did anything I regret" staff was out of shape and rude and the floor was covered in gum and old trash. Overpriced and theres many different bowling alleys near by for cheaper and better service. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I have been going here since I was a kid. Nothing unique. It has Beer and Liquor, Pool tables, Arcade games, and Bowling. I am not sure how much more you really need. Make sure to call ahead to make reservations. If you are looking to make reservations more than a day head of time, they require $25 deposit. Or, you can wait until a lane becomes open.

Over priced and no discounts for extended play, even when only two lanes were being used and we had already paid and played two hours. Woman at the counter and bar was quite rude and acted like we were an inconvenience every time we wanted a drink. On the up side, they have open bowl more often than anywhere else in the area.

I called them to make reservations for bowling, I got a rude woman on the phone who was snippy and short. I didnt appreciate her tone of voice and would not go there even though its the closest bowling place to my house.

Nice bowling alley. We bring our 6 and 4 year old here for a kids bowling league. The kids love it. The people that run the alley are good to all of them. Plus they have a bar for the parents :-)

Had awful experience the , one i was playing got stuck often and it took a 5 mins wait to get it reset. I was assigned a different once after 4 to 5 such reset. The wait spoils your mood to play

My boyfriend bowls on the league here and Ive always have had a good experience. The employees are always nice and Im friends with almost all the staff. Honestly its a very fun atmosphere.
