We took our 18m old here for some fun. Despite having already registered at a previous visit it still took 10 mins to get signed in because the cashier could not get our last name right, yet she had our ID in front of her. She also overcharged us before another cashier corrected her mistake. Paid for an hour, but toddler was done after 10 mins so we called it quits. Toddler section was swarmed by too many older kids. We tried to get the 30 min rate instead, but the manager would only refund us the $6 on a gift card. When my husband asked to speak with him he refused to come down from his office. He also disconnected his line to the phone so a consumer cannot speak with him directly. They lost our business.

This places is really nice to have a good time with friends. However, today I went with my friend and one boy that works there told me that I cant jump with glasses on. I didnt believe him so I went to talk to some elses and they said the same thing, that it is a rule. I only had 15 minutes and i paid for one and half hour but I left because I felt judge because I use glasess. I cannot see anything without them so how can they expect me to take it out. This United States of America and 42% of people who live here use glasses and I dont think that rule is fair for all of us. If by accident someone broke their glasess is their own falls not the park, everyone is responsible for their own things.

Great place for kids of all ages and adults! Plenty of staff available for help and also monitoring for everyones safety but not an overbearing presence. Prices are fair and the required socks (shock cost 2.50 for ankle and 5.00 for taller ones) are welcome to be reused at future visits. Plenty of different jump areas with different activities. Dont waste your money on the food.

Having a child with disabilities the trampoline park is awesome, he absolutely loves it every time. The dodge ball court should be more organized teens not being able to play with the younger kids. The staff could be more friendly and less on their phones. Also the snack area staff should be more aware of food allergies.

Kids had a blast. Needs new furniture up stairs . I know you cheap ass can afford it there where hundreds of patrons there every time we have been. And all your staff is 15ish and you pay minimum wage from what our server told us. Sitting area for adults left allot of us very dissatisfied and with aches in our backs.

I went with a friend (were both late 20s) and had a blast!! We were definitely the oldest people there, but we didnt care. I noticed they have a separate place with tables for birthday parties as well as separate trampolines for parties. There is also a small arcade. I would go again!

Great trampoline park for all shapes and sizes of familys! They do birthday partys and its hours of fun for your kids for a decent price for having a blast. I strongly recommend coming here on a rainy day or you just want to get out of the house and explore.

Nothing to do, especially if you dont have anyone to have this "experience" with. Overbooked for each time zone so there is no room for you on the main court or to sit down. Overall, a substandard experience

Place is great but they really need a boost in the employee training. Most of them were more concerned with hanging out with each other and went out of their way to ignore you. :(

Took my Son, only 1.5 years, he loved it. Also was a good workout jumping around. Place was nice and clean and in good shape. Would recommend if your into that with your kids

Trampoline park is generally small, but dodgeball is fun and exciting. A good place to go with friends to hang out and have a good time.
