Note that Google Maps doesnt show how big Stony Brook Reservation is at all. It extends all the way along Turtle Pond Parkway north to Bellevue Hill across Washington Street and south to Kelley Playground at Mother Brook. Download the Massachusetts Parks dept map at the linked URL to see it.

Great little place to get a mountain bike ride in, however the place has a lot of animals that dont know how to clean up after themselves. Its a shame, the staff cant keep up and there is always trash, bottles, etc. All over the fields, bleachers, and trails.

Great place to walk but you need to know the lay of the land. Pond can be crowded and there is quite a bit of broken glass on the popular trails.

Great place during any season. A park this size within the Boston city limits is a resource that few cities have. Great to walk, bike or jog.

Lots of litter. Desolate. My daughter cut her hand open on some glass that someone broke on the rocks.

Ive been here twice. Lot of trails there. Good directions board around, really hard to get lost.
