Horrible Experience. Staff was extremely rude, would not accept coupons (that did NOT state they could not be used during half price bowling) and never mentioned that when were paying for the shoes, we would ALSO have to pay for each game played. Was bowling with 4 young children, we were the ONLY ones in the place on a Sunday morning and continuously got dirty looks and glares from the staff. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, not child friendly at all :(

Atmosphere was ok. Everything is VERY expensive!! overpriced shoe rental! (it comes with socks lol which none of us needed but they wouldnt discount that). No military discounts. I was told games were 5.50 each....they didnt mention it was per person....spent almost 100 with just a couple of friends for only 2 games! This place is ridiculous. Look elsewhere, save money! Theres plenty of other less expensive options-East providence bowling is larger and way cheaper

I had the worse first, and it will most certainly be my last time here. The staff who dealt with my 6 year old son, on his birthday, was extremely rude. She couldnt add tickets at all. Then threw candy across the counter to my son. There was no manager available for me to speak with. She continued to be rude when I was speaking with the Supervisor. I wouldnt recommend this place for kids, at all.

Had a fundraiser at BBH and I cant say enough how wonderful the staff is! Manager Bob was AMAZING! He even donated his own money to our cause! Staff made sure everyone was fed and happy!! Great time! Thank you all! I highly recommend this establishment for parties, fundraisers night/day out. We had a great time!
