My family had a great day here on 8/11/16. The weather was very hot all over New England, but at this very pleasant park on the shore of a picturesque lake, it was much cooler than out in the world. There are three long old-fashioned water slides which are perfect for kids of all ages. My older son who is 8 had a blast, and we were able to let him run free to go as many times as he like. You dont need tubes or mats or anything like that- just sit on your butt or lie on your back. The best part is that little kids can ride with a parent, which was wonderful for my 3-year old, who is obsessed with water slides. It was maybe the favorite day of his life so far. And dont overlook swimming in the lake! There is a huge swimming area with high quality trucked in sand and the water is very fine- clear and cool, with a wonderful view. I split the day between taking my 3-year old down the slides, and hanging out in the lake. Its worth mentioning that it was a nice crowd of people here. It was a lot of families with younger kids. There werent giant packs of rude teenagers or the other kind of unpleasant stuff that you find at some of the bigger parks. If I could make a few suggestions to make the day even better, I would suggest providing shade cover where the lines form for the water slides, expanding the menu at the snack bar (not a big deal since coolers are welcomed), and improving the selection of arcade games in the gallery. But those are small complaints and overall I would happily recommend this park to any family with young children. 5/5, will visit again.

Clear lake water, almost like your swimming in a pool, very clean picnic area. Never tried water slides because it seems kinda pricey for the line you have to wait for to go down a few slides. Love that you can bring your grill to cook and floaters to play with. Plenty of shade and areas of sun. Bathrooms are super clean with a floor fan to keep them dry and mud free. Little arcade with an ice cream shop and food stand. Watch out for inclement weather theres no refunds. Love crossing the road with the car where theres water on both sides of it to get to the park. Nice view.

Such a great experience! I was really looking forward to seeing the lake from the reviews. We came on a cloudy day and it was still amazing! Water slides were so much fun and it beats waiting long lines at a water park to go on slides. The lake is warm and theres so much room to swim! It can get deep. We saw a lot of ducks in the lake. It was cute swimming with them. Food is good; I recommend the fried dough. A bit expensive though. We packed a picnic lunch so we didnt spend much. Will hopefully return on a hotter day with more sunshine! Nice summer getaway!

I was quite surprised by this, a nice day out without needing to head to the cape or RI beaches. Nice family atmosphere and even though there may be a lot of people the lines for the waterslides were not long and there was always space in the water... Only negative is if you bought food there, the service is extremely slow. I would have liked to have been able to bring alcohol, but I am not sure if that would change the family atmosphere...

everything is good but A total rip off the poor kid cant even go in the water without paying $19.95 each kid what kind of A rip off is that who pays 19.95 per kid to go in the water and A family of 5 is over $100.00 dollars thats too much Im sorry they take advantage of you sorry but its true there is no gold in the water thats called RIP OFF from david Framingham ma

It was a nice site, though dont expect a beach. Its more of a "waterfront". Its a lawn right on the water of a lake. Despite how nice the site is, I must say I didnt especially enjoy it as it was much too busy here midday on a weekday. Also, for the experience - the price they charge to be here is not worth it, in my opinion. You can find nicer lakes which are less busy and money.

Took 3 kids (13, 10, 8) yesterday and had a great time. Its a little expensive (about $100 for the 4 of us including water slides and food) but the place is spotless and the staff helpful and friendly. My boys play a lot of video games and thought the lake would be boring. They loved it and didnt want to leave. We will definitely be back!

I couldve gave it 5 stars but its expensive YES IT IS EXPENSIVE .. Also way way way busy on weekends so water slides are looooong lines .. Now the good thing is WATER .. The water is great .. Sandy and somewhat clear .. The place is clean I will go again -inshaAllah- on weekdays and after 3 pm it gets less crowded

This place is great. Super clean, nice and very family friendly. Ive never had a bad time here. The only downside is I think its a little expensive. If it a little cheaper Id probably visit more often. I think others might feel the same way because there was hardly anyone there today and it was 90 out.

This place is great fun for the kids. They let you ride doubles on the waterslides with young children. The grounds are well kept. They have a little shop for food and ice cream and an arcade room. There are nice little sandy entrances to the water which are perfect for kids.

This is a great place to bring little ones and cool off in the summer. Very clean Lake water and Sandy ramps. They have restrooms changing rooms and a snack bar along with a little arcade. Tons of parking. A little pricey but worth it when youre melting in the heat.

Nice water slides area along with still lake water for casual swimming. The lake waters are definitely warmer than the coastal ocean waters. Nice snack bar... Easy parking... Try to visit this place during week days...like Mon-Thurs. Will visit this place again.

This is a great place to bring your family. Very clean, the staff is nice, theres both shade and sun if you want. Plus theres water slides, how can you beat that! Can say enough about this place. Theres no beach traffic or SHARKS!

Great place to enjoy the day either sitting by the crystal clear waters of the reservoir or enjoying the water slides. Clean grounds, helpful, courteous staff. What more can you ask for? The perfect place for a summer outing.

Fun for the entire family. Grounds are very well maintained. The lake is very clean, you can see the bottom. The swimming area is all sand and there are no big rocks. Huge picnic area, and you are allowed to bring a grill.
