The only place in Boston where you can get true authentic espresso! Everywhere else I go to, when I order the espresso, I get the response back: "No coffee for you today sir?", which tells me right away that I will get a horrible undefined liquid for an espresso. In this place instead, espresso is prepared with style and dedication. The process is exactly the same how it is done in Italy. Cups are kept on top of the espresso machine. The espresso comes off corto and always the right temperature. Always served with a small glass of natural or sparkling water as the ritual has it. These guys know that the espresso is the ultimate COFFEE! Thank you guys for giving us, the ultimate espresso drinkers, the merited dignity!

The view was really good, and while the audio tour was free with the ticket, the information in it was really really sparse. I would recommend adding alot more to the tour, as well as additional aides to finding the buildings being talk about as some were really hard to pick out. Also the constant blaring of the other interactive exhibits made hearing the audio tour a bit difficult. In short, if you have time and have already bought the Boston Go pass then its worth it. If your short on time or need to pay for it, then this is a pretty skippable attraction.

Prudential Center has changed a lot in the last few years. It has become more upscale and appropriate for the area. It is nice, clean and a great place to take stroll, shop around and maybe pop up in Eataly for a gelato. Also it has a great courtyard to chill outside in the Spring or the Summer. It is connected to Lord and Taylor, Copley Mall and the Mandarin Oriental hotel, so you dont have to go outside to get from one of these places to another.

Interesting store. Some neat stuff, but certainly not beyond the reach of many of the Italian mom and pop importers Ive been to. The seating in the main restaurant area was swamped and you had to pounce if you wanted to get in, kind of weird with people over your shoulder waiting for you to exit. I would head to the North End for a more real Italian experience, and find a cheese specialty store for cheeses / charcuterie.

Went up to Skywalk at night. A private party had a corner of it rented out but luckily I could wander the other 3 corners. The elevator took all of about 30 seconds to hit the 50th floor. The view and experience was awesome for a non Bostonian. The picture is of Fenway during a game as seen via Skywalk. I was told if you plan to eat at the restaurant next level up, call a couple weeks ahead for a reservation.

It was pretty clean . Well the mall is split in two theres mall 1 Wich is the more up scale brands and a neat water fall section. And clean restroom and theres the more high traffic area with different stores ranging from clothing to silks scarfs and gift to thecnology. And the new addition like underarmer and Teslar motors. Theres also an entrance to Hines convention center.

Not a bad place to visit. Views were beautiful. Fair amount of historical information. Gift shop was pretty pathetic. My husband, 7 year old, and I exhausted the visit in about 30 min. Its not spectacular and questionably worth the $50 total to get in, but we dont regret it. They do have some interactive parts and a audio-guided tour that we did not partake in.

As Captain Foghorn told us (he was our tour guide on the Boston Duck tour) you can pay $17 dollars for the observation deck in the Prudential Building, or you can pay $12 for a martini at the "Top of the Hub" restaurant one floor up! Thats what we did! Beautiful view, great steaks. I would give it 5 stars except for the meal sides, which were mediocre.

I nice shopping center in Boston. A lot of shops to look at, offering anything from food to clothes to trinkets. Get some good walking in and expect it to be busy. Multiple atms located throughout and if you get lost ask one of the security officers for directions. Overall the center is clean and well maintained and is a great overall trip.

Prudential is perfect for tourists and great for locals too. Right near newbury st it has moderately priced restaurants, good brands of clothing, and various other stores. It has an eataly which you can walk around and choose a unique or uniquely made food or drink you like and it also has the famous top of the hub and sky view of the city.

A little too many upscaled high priced stores without any affordable options but the center is clean bright rarely over crowded with a great food court. The security is a tad too rigid as well. I saw one harassing a man who had just ate at food court telling him he needed to go because he was loitering and didnt have his meal receipt

The Pru as its know by locals is a great place to shop all year round. It has a great variety of stores and restaurants, including a food court area. The stores range from standard to high end, and the place is well maintained. Its a good place to walk around and window shop while getting out of the elements!

I am personally not crazy about malls. But if you are a mall rat, you will love it. A High end upscale mall with lacoste, etc. Westin, Marriott & Sheraton back Bay Hotels are connected (by way of catwalks or corridors) . Therefore there is no need to go walk outside the mall to get to places.

Decent urban mall. Not a huge selection/variety of stores. Most stores are on the upscale side, though not as upscale as the Copley mall. They keep the mall clean. It get can pretty crowded on weekends and when the weather isnt great. Beware women, the line for the restroom can get very long.

Renovations have increased the asthetic and quality of the building and its vendors. Products and food are pricey but the quality and experience will not disappoint. Eataly is a great spot for a quick bite or grab delicious italian treats. Cheeses , wine, meats and seafood. They have it all.

Multiple shops, places to eat, top of the hub is awesome place to view Boston and learn some interesting things about Boston. Theres a mbta green line stop at Prudential, it is also walking distance to Copley Square and Back Bay Station. Beautiful garden area within the confines as well!

There is now a rounded cone shape robot that is at Prudential Center. Someone said it is for security. The courtyard is well landscaped and the mall is open on holidays when libraries are closed. Im not interested much in retail anymore. I like the robot and theres a decent reading area.

Very beautiful. Decorated with trees inside and a tiny park in the center. A wall waterfall in 2 areas and a observatory where u can see all of boston. Very beautiful and BIG. Pricey shops but go when there r deals and you cant beat the quality. New food court is outstanding too.

Centrally located near the green line, so be prepared for a lot of visitors, tourists and shoppers. There are some nice stores in here with nearby restaurants (plus Eataly). Youll find a lot of shops here, though definitely not a place youd want to go to for a quick in and out errand.
