EVERYBODY DO NOT GO HERE, THE WORKERS ARE VERY RUDE, SHADY AND THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!!! LONG STORY SHORT, I CAME HERE FOR THE FAT TREL EVENT AND BOUGHT MY TICKET ONLINE FOR $20, WHEN I CAME HERE AND PRESENTED MY TICKET AT THE DOOR, THEY DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE MY TICKET AND MADE ME PAY ANOTHER $20 TO GET IN, I ASKED EVERYONE ELSE IF THEY HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA $20 AND IT SEEMS LIKE I WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT THEY PULLED A FAST ONE ON ME. THE SECURITY WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, I ASKED HIM POLITELY, "EXCUSE ME SIR, IS THIS WHERE THE LINE STARTS?" AND THIS BIG BLACK GUY WITH THE CORNROWS LAUGHED ME AND SAID TO OTHERS "LOOK AT THIS N**** ASKING ME IF THIS IS WHERE THE LINE STARTS", AFTER A WHILE HE PATS ME DOWN AND MAKES ME WAIT ON THE SIDE. AFTER 15 MINUTES I ASK HIM WHEN CAN I COME IN SINCE I BEEN WAITING PATIENTLY AND I HAVE MY TICKET AND HE SAID "I KNOW YOU HAVE YOUR TICKET, JUST WAIT HERE TIL I SAY SO N****" SMH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. SHISHA LOUNGE WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN, EVERYBODY GO TO ELITE HOOKAH IN GAITHERSBURG, ITS A 100x BETTER THAN THIS SHADY PLACE WHERE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHENEVER THEY HAVE THE CHANCE. I EVEN ASKED MY FRIEND THAT KNOWS THE OWNER THAT WHY DID THEY MAKE ME PAY AN EXTRA $20 EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT MY TICKET AND HE TOLD ME THE OWNER AND THE RUDE INDIAN GUY WITH THE PONYTAIL AND BEARD WAS DOING THAT TO RANDOM PEOPLE TO MAKE MORE MONEY SMH DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND TREATED LIKE TRASH!!!!!!

The guy on the door act like he owns the biggest business in the US. He is very rude and he looks like he doesnt have any education. He should be fire. He told me to go to another hookah because he thinks that I couldnt afford $15 to get in. lol, it so sad because im pretty sure that i spend a day whatt he makes a week. anyway, it hurt when someone as trash as that guy disrespect you just because you wanna chill..... however I do like the place, but i wont go there anymore.

The hookah itself was below average. The eniroment was HORRIBLE. Seating was very tight. We were a group of three and one of us had to sit on what looked like an ottoman leg rest. There were empty couches everywhere but the server refused to let us move stating that it "might get busy later on and they MIGHT need the seats." Only one star because it wont let me leave a negative rating. We left in 2 minutes after getting our hookah. Waste of time and waste of money.

I dont usually do these reviews, but this time I really had to publicly appreciate this place. Shehar is the best server in the area. He took great care of us, he has great customer service skills. Im definitely taking all my friends there every week...

Best place for hookah hangouts and even the hookah is awesome ! The service team is wonderful very friendly . It was my visit to Washington, D.C. But always drove down to Germantown onli for this place ! Excellent

Well try again but they didnt list their emancipation hours so we were out there with an Uber for no reason. Update: back again and theyre not open...again. Its 1030 and it says they close at 3am.
