Im so very blessed to have the most greatest memories every since childhood with this beautiful and peaceful park. I celebrated my 14 year sons birthday here for a few plus years. Now for what only sounds like a fairy tail. The love of my life reached out to me and I was blown completely straight to the clouds( cloud nine).... The third time that we had met my love took me to George Rogers Park!!!!! It was the most amazing breath taking heavenly answered prayers from God!!!!!! Scott and I both went to the same grade school... I was mesmerized and over the hills and so crazy in love with him it was awesome. I felt that not even the tallest mountains could not be climbed just so I could peek around and over that mountain just to see him!!! back when we was kids I couldnt find myself to approach him with all the awesome feelings I had for him. Also to let him know how just thinking about him makes my heart rush while making magical sensational blood flow straight to get within my heart and soul.

My main problem is the basketball court. There has to be both rims to play ball and to actually make the park look complete. Not putting a rim on both sides its just making.it look trashy and wasting space. I dont see the problem I heard criminal activity is the reason but thts not the problem. Let the park have definition. Please for the public who enjoy playing ball responsibly at the park

Beautiful park, awesome playground area with built in grills at the picnic tables. My kids enjoyed playing in the water sprinkler. There was a band setting up for an event in theyre reception hall as we were leaving that evening. I wanted to stay, but the kiddos were worn out. Mabye next time. I wonder if its a monthly thing??

They make you feel guilty for simply going to the park. With threats that you are being monitored, sends a great message to the children. This is not a park. But rain water run off land that couldnt be built on. Not once was this place enjoyable. Put a trash dump there instead. Or use it as one. Good for tires. Carpet. Etc.

Its an okay park. During the weekends it can be overcrowded with loud people blaring music who seemingly dont know what trash cans are for. But during the week its a nice place to take short walks or play basketball / tennis.

I love George Rogers! The playground never seems to be crowded, its in a super convenient location, and the wooded area is perfect for dogs or cross-country practice. Its definitely one if the highlights of Germantown.

This is a decent sized park but definitely needs to be updated and maintained. They have a splash area, playground, baseball field, soccer field, tennis courts, basketball courts and some nice open space to walk.

Beautiful park. Great for families in summer, but even better sledding in winter! Pretty quiet, water fountain in summer to splash in, nice enough play area, baseball diamond and soccer goals available.

Such a beautiful park right in a somewhat busy area. Id imagine its a nice respite for visitors to patients of Audubon hospital, or a quiet place to take a lunch, but I mostly go with my dogs.

I love this park. It has plenty of shade and a splash pad. Beautiful grounds to walk around and a walking track. Its rarely crowded so its a pretty peaceful place.

Nice City Park. Clubhouse is nice with two fireplaces. Kitchen is nice and convenient. Restroom access from inside clubhouse and outside. Restrooms arent clean.

I grew up near this park and it was wonderful to return to it. We held and event at the lodge; it was fantastic. Make sure you visit the graves.

Beautiful park!! Has a wonder play area and sprinklers for kids!! Nice building you can rent out but the air doesnt work!!
