HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE PLEASE READ Yes my name is John Montgomery i work 70 to 80 hrs a week so i rarely get to go out! i decided to go to heartland to enjoy my day off. I got there around eleven pm by taxi. After paying my cover and tipping the bartenders five dollars a piece I had two beers then i ran into there security guard he used to be a probation officer until he got fired for drugs. Thirty minutes after being there they accused me of being to intoxicated even though i had only had two drinks on a full stomach i asked to talk to the owner he refused! I HAD JUST HAD CANCER REMOVED FROM MY NECK and still had to wear the bandages i think that is why i was treated so rudely i think my bandages may have bothered some people! They refused to serve me and made me leave! I was already embarrassed from my bandages and they made a big scene! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE! This just happened tonight as you can tell i am clearly not intoxicated or im just exceptional at grammar! what a joke!

A large group of us (16) from out of town played a scramble this past weekend. Some of the group rented on site condos. The owner gave his son a unit to party in for his high school graduation. Liquor was flowing and several the party guests physically assaulted two of our group. Subsequently, this same bunch of thugs knocked on the door of our friends unit and said they wanted to apologize. However, what they did was to barge in a assault these two young men again. Keep in mind that our friends did not throw one punch. The next day the owner had no interest in hearing about it although he was able to name and describe the primary assailant. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TWO BIT JOINT. Youll be glad you did.

We used to come here pretty regularly, but not anymore!!! Lately, each experience has been even worse than the last. The service is horrendous! The last time we were there Ashley was the bartender. Shes waited on us before and no major problems, until this time. She was absolutely straight up the rudest person ever!!! This was for no reason at all. We couldnt wait to get out of there. Unfortunately, I will NOT be back! No matter what the circumstances, you just do not treat your customers that way.

I dont understand all the bad reviews on here. Just stayed for 3 nights with a group of 8. Staff was unbelievable nice & accomodating, allowed us to play golf from sun up to sun down, and have some of the best food in town. Also, cant beat how nice the condos are. Absolutely worth the trip from Ohio for me.

The old security guy is a joke. How can you assult a man waiting for for his taxi. I will never go here after I saw how they treat soldiers. Horrible place to go to. Waste of time
