My husband and I found this place by accident, and the people were really nice in giving us a free tour and just showing us all the work that they are involved in doing every since they took over to restore the building. It is beautiful! They were so nice - I have no idea why someone would put a negative review with it being cold. The people are so nice, Im sure they wouldve turned it warmer had they had known. The building is full of old character, and you can definitely tell that whoever is fixing it up loves the place. I will be going back to visit again, and also if I have any events then I will have it there! BEAUTIFUL!!

A friends widow chose this beautiful venue for a celebration of her husbands life. She ordered in wonderful food and had many memorial elements ready....and this venue basically RUINED the gathering. Most of us were about 60 years old, but many people who had traveled in from FAR away were in their 80s--our friends aunts,uncles, and cousins. This damnable place SET THE THERMOSTAT AT 55 DEGREES for our gathering. We sat shivering in our coats and struggled to function, let alone celebrate. AVOID THIS PLACE--in mid-winter, you might as well set up an outdoor picnic as go here!

We had both our ceremony and reception at this venue. The place was GORGEOUS and the staff AMAZING! Mary made the entire night run smoothly. I cant imagine a better place to have a wedding.

My sons JROTC Ball South High, was held here last night. I dont know how I never noticed this building before. It is so beautiful outside as well as inside. Very breath taking!!

Really beautiful venue. They are making a good effort at getting unique local and regional shows. I really like the burlesque shows they put on with American Rose Burlesque.

Very friendly people and great choices for their monthly Sunday lunch fundraisers. Building is definitely worth visiting to see part of Wichita history.

Beautiful building in downtown wichita and a great venue for events. However the area has high crime and parking is limited.
