Bever park is the best known hidden secret in Cedar Rapids. Check out Old McDonalds Farm for a mega-dose of local history. Beers, Lions... a Monkey House (no longer there, sadly) ?!? This park is large and well maintained. I dont know what other elements people look for in a park. Its located in a neighborhood well populated with children, so your little ones will make new friends?

Historic park tucked in a quiet Cedar Rapids neighborhood that features playgrounds, walking and biking paths, and a municipal pool. A small ice skating rink is set up during the winter months. The park also offers many pavilions to rent for special occasions. If youre lucky, you might spot one of the many deer or foxes that make their home in Bever Park.

Bever is a well maintained, beautiful park for walking, hiking, gathering, and playing. Old MacDonalds Farm is the best petting zoo around. The animals are tame and you can enter the pens to pet and even feed them. The only reason I did not give this park a five-star rating is because there is not a splash pad.

Our family loves this park. It has a free petting zoo which is a favorite. It is a beautiful park with grand old trees and paths for waking. There is also a little duck preserve which is fantastic and worth a walk through.

The Bever Park Zoo has farm animals and information on them. This year they incorporated the Zoo as a Petting Zoo. More interactive than before. Best part of course has always been and always will be the ducks at the end.

A nice, quiet park with good amenities. Such as a petting zoo, outdoor aquatic center and clean bathrooms. And, if you are a Pokemon GO user there are 3 gyms and 8 Pokestops in the park:)

The playground is just ok. It is a place in Cedar Rapids to go see farm animals. New this year you can go inside the animal pens. Nice pool. Go enjoy nature.

This is a great Park located on the Southeast side of Cedar Rapids. There is a very small zoo there and lots of park equipment including a splash pad.

There are many cool attractions in a small area. Is a outdoor playground, swimming pool, and petting zoo. I got to watch baby cows be bottle fed.
