Horrific customer service. My mom, step-dad, and I went here out of convenience since its a short distance from where we live. As soon as we walked in all of the employees just stared at us with annoyance as if we had ruined their social hour. They didnt want to talk to us and were pretty rude. They acted like we were such an inconvenience. Not friendly at all. I felt very unwelcomed here. Then, to top off the awful experience, our movie was abruptly shut off nea the end of the film and people for the next showing began to lurk in. Somebody complained so they eventually showed the last 10 minutes. The employees didnt say they were sorry or wish us a good evening. This was a very strange place indeed lol

Authorities say Cinema owner William Lillpop, is facing several counts of sexual misconduct with a minor, the most recent on Friday when the Tell City Police Department arrested Lillpop for another alleged sexual conduct charge with a female who is less than 14-years-old.

Absolutely the worst movie experience I have ever had. The music was too loud. The vocals were barely audible and the theater was colder than outdoors. . I am extremely underwhelmed!

New owners are doing a great job on fixing the place up, its gonna take a while but its actually cleaner in there and people are very friendly
