I had the worst experience with this "professional zip lining location". I wouldnt even give it a star, but I had to give at least one. I was supposed to have my bachelorette party here and there had been thunderstorm warnings in the area since 8am that morning. No one had called me and we were scheduled to be there, so once all of my girls got into town, we headed that way. FIFTEEN MINUTES before we were supposed to be there (so obviously we were almost there), they called and cancelled my tour for the day. Then he tried to offer me a raincheck, which wouldnt work because it was my bachelorette party for one, and two there was no way I was going to be able to get all of my girls to take off work again and come down. I asked for my money back after playing a nice long annoying game of phone tag with them because everyone there is impossible to get ahold of. I asked for it back and it still hasnt been returned to me. I tried calling, left messages, and still no one has the consideration to call me and explain to me why my money hasnt been returned. Needless to say, I will never go here again and I will always give a poor recommendation whenever Im asked. I love zip lining, but Ill never go here because of their extreme lack of professionalism.

We had a wonderful experience at Dagaz Acres Zipline! Our first scheduled time had to be cancelled due to lightening predicted for the day, so they contacted us early in the morning, before we set out on a long drive, which we appreciated. The day we ziplined, our guides, Ben & Haley were very courteous and professional, with our safety as their primary focus. We had purchased the Ultimate Course and even though we have ziplined numerous times at other sites, they demonstrated all of the safety procedures before we set out, made sure we were double connected to either the zipline or the cable around the tree at all times, and put forth an effort to make us feel secure. They were also quite personable and fun! They pointed out deer & other interesting sights along the way, laughed & joked while sharing interesting stories, and took several excellent pictures (which I recommend purchasing). It was well worth the money and we will definitely return, next time with our grandchildren!

I got screwed by Dagaz! I volunteer as a Big Brother to a 17 year old Withrow HS student. I bought 4 passes through Groupon to take him and a few of his friends ziplining. Although I bought the passes in July I was not available in the summer months and have been busy preparing for my daughters wedding which was last Friday. On October 13th I went to the Dagaz website to schedule an outing for October 24th and there was no availability. There was availability on October 31st but they would not allow that since my groupons expire October 29th. Dagaz is unwilling to refund the cost of my passes. I would never do business with a company so morally and ethically bankrupt. Beware!

FUN & SAFE! NO SERIOUS INJURY CLAIMS! This is not a review but addressing a review by Brandy Garcia. I am the owner of Dagaz Acres. Dagaz Acres works hard at providing a safe and fun adventure at our facility. Our staff is highly trained and certified and our course is certified by the ACCT national governing body. We have not had a serious injury claim nor do we have a Brandy Garcia in our data base as a participant of our course. Our commitment to providing a safe adventure is our top priority will always remain there! We felt it very important to set the record straight.

So disappointed with Dagaz Acres. Wouldnt allow me to reschedule ziplining due to the excessive heat. I am dedicated with providing my son with SAFE outdoor adventures. Ziplining with a 9 year old in 110 degree heat index isnt safe. It would seem a good customer service move to allow a reschedule for children in these circumstances. If this is indeed the way they conduct business I certainly will not go there with friends, family or any team bulding event I plan for my staff.

Contacted Dagaz Acres about ziplining for my sons birthday. Since we were all inexperienced, the higher priced Ultimate Course was not a good fit for us. They only do the lower priced Premiere Course early and late in the day, but that would not work for us b/c we were traveling from some distance away. I felt they did not care at all whether we came or not. We ended up going to Black Mountain Thunder near Harlan, KY & they gave me a much better deal!

They do not honor gift certificates after 1 year. I got a gift certificate for Christmas worth $450, but spent my summer abroad. I tried to sign up the following summer but they would not take it. I called every summer for the next few years but they would not honor it. Furthermore, every time I called got a machine saying they were closed and had to wait several days for Julie to return my messages. This is a scam. Do not waste your money.

Had fun doing Zipline the first time here. The course took about 2 hours with about 10 lines. The first few lines were short "warm-up" lines. The guides said they close during the winter when it gets too cold. They usually have Groupon available so that is a good deal to just try it out.

We had a great time at Dagaz Acres this weekend. The staff was very friendly and polite. The course was much longer than I had anticipated and many different ziplines to ride on. Its a great way to spend the afternoon with friends.

Awful! Ziplining should be fun and safe! My experience was neither! Dagaz Acres didnt follow proper safety techniques to assure participants safety resulting in serious injury! Id NEVER go back!
