Golfed here on a Saturday in April, Weather was very unfavorable for golf but we were part of an event so whomever was in charge, either the golf course or the head of the event seemed to not care. They had been paid for the event already so why would they? Told us to golf while it was snowing and 30 degrees out. Beer prices are outrageous almost like attending a Reds game, They must be really proud of there Bud light seeing how it was $14 for six. Course was not well groomed, most of the tee boxes were mush and some were all sand/dirt. It was so cold the carts had trouble staying started, for an event that cost me $65 for 18 holes and a ride I expected more. I have played much nicer courses for a lot less. Long story short grounds need work and snacks/beer way to expensive, will not be going back anytime soon.

I am going to be as honest as possible on this review. Sugar Ridge is by far one of the best if not the best course in this area. The fairways are perfect, the greens are PGA quality, and the staff is unbeatable (Gene). I have played most if not all of the courses within a 50 mile radius, and im telling you, you will NOT find a better course within that distance. Right now sugar ridge has all you can play on Mondays with a cart 25 bucks. So on Monday my wife knows where to find me. Mike Rowland Cincinnati, Ohio

This was a great course with a friendly staff. I was able to shoot a round by myself on a Tuesday, just for kicks, and it was a lot of fun. Nice greens, and the rough was cut nice and short. The only balls lost were the 2 that I shanked into the woods! They are resurfacing the fairways and the work is really starting to show. I will definitely be going back.

This is a fairly short course from either the white or blue tees. However, it is fairly narrow and the greens are small. It can be challenging if you are errant off the tee. It is not in the greatest shape, but if you can get a good deal its pretty cheap. The food is not great, but pretty standard for a good course. Overall, a decent course for the price.

Got a great deal through GolfNow. Easy access, close to highway. Friendly staff. Challenging course. Long jaunts between holes, pay attention to the signs. Quality course made even better with a deal.

Great course. Possibly the best $35 course Ive played, lots of hills and trees. Only downfall was no sand bunkers, but that isnt a deal breaker. Most public course bunkers are garbage anyway.

Course has many elevation changes. Must have had lots of rain as grass overgrown. Staff generally friendly. Course was busy. Golf cars are plush.
