To start this off, I live in Michigan. Me and my family from Indiana used to really enjoy coming here. The ONLY time Ive ever NEEDED assistance, was tonight. I literally had to have security called because a woman was harassing me at a machine and she would not go away. She was name calling, kicking my chair, and constantly badgering me and my husband. When security arrived she made small talk with them and they stayed by my machine until I got back from the ATM which was no more than 5 feet from the game I was playing. When I returned security left and did absolutely nothing to assist the very hostile situation, which I felt threatened in. The woman continued to sit right behind me kicking my chair until I finally got fed up and left the game. There was no excuse for the unprofessional treatment I was shown. When I left for the evening I reported the incident to a customer service manager,she said sorry thats it. I returned my card to them and will not be coming back. Nor will my family. Customer service and security are a disgrace. If you decide to go, hopefully you dont encounter any issues or youre on your own. Dont expect help from anyone there.

I have been to many casinos and this one is closest to where I live. I will never, ever go back after my experience on Saturday 3.18.17. I usually play high limit slots. I played two machines that took my $20s without allowing me to cashout or adjust my bets. The algorithm running in both machines would not allow you to adjust your bets or cash out. When I brought this to the attendants attention I was treated as if I was trying to "pull one over" on them. I have never been treated with such disrespect and what those two machines were doing is illegal. Each machine should be monitored and PMd to avoid these glitches and these two machines clearly were mis functioning. All the other machines were ok. The point for me is the lack of machine upkeep, the fact that they allowed the machines to take my money and then to be very rude about it shows me that this casino is ran very poorly and I suspect does things not up to par from the Gaming Comissions perspective. I will not go back. Shelbyville is better from my vantage point and I have never had this type of experince there.

Been more times then we should have considering we never win.last time was absolutely horrible I couldnt get my casino cash to work on any machine went to service center about 1210 pm to find out why I couldnt get it to work the women that took care of me was rude as hell said she couldnt help me because it was after midnight I explained I had been there for a few hours she said so so I asked why I couldnt use my next vocher for the next week she said I wouldnt be able to use that one til 6 am then I went to deli to get a salad to bring home and was told the same about my food club money I spent $350 that night and couldnt get $5 casino cash or $5 food cash .we were going twice a month spending that kind of money or more.and never winning.time to take a road trip to the boat at least we dont lose everything when we go there.

Pay out is supposed to be the highest in the state, which it happened to be the lowest in the state, based on my experience. I thought the horseshoe casino was the worst casino I have been too in Indiana but I was wrong. The staff is not knowledgeable of much, the all you can eat buffet was terrible and the highest price in the state as well and all I got from it was sick for 2 days. The cashier there was rude and dim witted. I have to imagine this is what they feed murders in prison. Nasty. Also 80% of the games are outdated and do not pay well. I have been to many casinos across the states and this happens to be the best promoted, worst casino, I have ever been too. I would not send my worst enemy here. Oh and none of the atm machines worked!

Our last 2 visits have been awful! People setting at machines not playing but wont get up so you can play. I know its the policy to lock a machine so you can eat. Thats not my issue, It is common knowledge that most of these machine are being locked out while the player is going home, going to the track, or going to play another machine. I know the casino employees know this is the practice. I called several times to speak with someone about a incident and we spoke about this practice. The comment was management doesnt care! I believe this to be true because I have been waiting on a return phone call for weeks. Well maybe if enough people stop going they will start caring. Will no longer recommend this casino to anyone.

Went for a little quick fun on a Sunday afternoon. We opted to eat lunch first, and headed toward the buffet which seemed to be the only viable option. I proceeded to pay $25 for the absolute worst buffet I have ever seen. Brunch was still being served at 3:45 pm and the food had the distinct appearance of having sat there for hours. All in all, I paid a small fortune for a salad made from some bagged lettuce and a few pieces of shrimp. Once we got to the casino floor, it was a bit better. The only real disappointment was that the $5 blackjack table only had 1 screen out of 6 that was functional. The casino could use an update but overall, its what you would expect. Avoid the buffet, its not worth the cost.

No dealers means flat broke . They use electriconic dealers which means the dealer hits 19 20 or 21. I played 5 to 10 dollar hands for a couple hours and it hit 19 to 21 on every one but 5. I counted. The dealer kept putting her hand under the table and when they walked away Id win. Once once again do not come here expecting to make money because you are playing against a computer and the cards arent real and the casino definitely has the upper hand. If you walk in you will see regulars in there and just ask them and they will tell you that you are being ripped off they just play because they like to play the game and I was told by 3 different people within an hour that same line. Never coming back

Have been going here since they opened. This year this place has fallen to a new low. Machine are the tightest I have seen in 7 years, bonuses are far and few between. Players card perks are a joke. I get 5 x more play perks from cincy casinos and I play there 95% less. Never received a hotel offer that they promote. Go down to Cincy and play and hour and you will receive free rooms for 6 months straight. Plan on waiting a half hour if a machine breaks down. Happens alot there. Machines do not aways pay right so you have to study your machine. I only go because its a couple miles from home. If you plan on a fun visit skip the casino and go up stairs to a free concert on friday nights.
