The workout facility has equipment for lifters and treadmills and cyclists which face out towards randall road with floor to ceiling windows to let natural lighting in with several flat screen tvs with games on ESPN. The gym on the bottom floor is fantastic offering 2 full size basketball courts with a divider curtain to separate the two. Guests using the track on the main level can see whats happening on the courts while they are walking or runnning which i think is a brilliant setup.

As much as I do love this gym, Its a little frustrating that theyre open for such short hours in the weekends. Not everyone can make it to the gym by 5:00 pm on a Saturday or on a Sunday. If it werent for the hours, I would give them a 5/5. The staff members are extremely nice, and Ive never had a bad experience.
