04/06/17 The bartender ( an older short blonde woman) was very rude when we went up to purchase a pitcher of beer at 11:15 she said that the last call was at 11 but it was never announced. It was fine we walked away. But later at 11:30 last call was announced and we went up to the bar again to ask whats going on and the bartender wasnt behind the bar so another employee said "idk I guess shes done for the night", So we walked away a little irritated. A few minutes later the people in the next lane came back from the bar with another pitcher of beer and we were so confused until an employee ran up to us to advise us to go up to the bar because he didnt understand why the bartender (who was indeed still here) was selling alcohol to other people but not to my friends. It looks really wrong when the bartender rejects to give us service and giving us a lie and run around about not being able to serve us. We spent a lot of money playing pool and eating And then even a few games of bowing! She finally gave us a pitcher of beer after approaching her but warned us that they close in 15 minutes so we better hurry up and drink it even though the place is still half full of people playing full games!!! We shouldnt have to chug beer if we were just served to begin with 15 minutes before last call.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! It took about 25 minutes to get a beer at the bar. I had to let the guy know I was there.. waiting.. about 3 times. Then I ordered fries and nachos and they said theyd take it to my lane. 40 minutes later I go up to the counter and ask if my food was almost ready and they said "theyd get on it right away" meaning they hadnt even started it. When the food finally came out it looked nasty. The "chili" on the fries looked like a nasty brown sauce w absolutely no chili in it. Getting a lane also took us about 25 mins and then they didnt have 2 out of the 4 shoe sizes we needed. On top of that the people that worked their were extremely rude. I would rather spend extra money to go to a much better bowling alley at a different location. Oh and on top of that the womens bathroom was sickening.

Worst place ever.........Customer Service needs to be trained all over again. How do have over 50 lanes half open and then have the audacity to say no lanes available must wait 1-2 hours this is truly unacceptable for a business and to think I would refer someone to come here hell no and experience the frustrations I had. Never. Brunswick!!!! Your service is horrible and terrible and I hope you really take these unsatisfactory opinions from your customers into consideration and really work on it. Thank you for such a bad experience. And just to let you no worst word of mouth is always what goes around first. But whatever to each its own right........

I went for my work holiday party on a Sunday and while it was busy we got excellent customer service from the manager Sandy. Refills were unlimited for soft drinks. Cons Dirty bathrooms, all 3 stalls clogged and smelled disgusting. The handicap stall was the only clean one. Eat before going! Food is overpriced and the portions are small. It took a while for it to be ready since they only have one cook in a small kitchen and only one cashier. Overall it was okay I had fun but it could have been made better.

I play on leagues here and the only reason I come here is because my team wants to go here. If I had my choice I would go to stardust in addison, they have better prize pools, better lanes, more lanes, better service, 3 bars, better food, more parking, nicer neighborhood, better clientele, more washrooms and overall better atmosphere. It take took long to get food, customer service stinks, pin racks are always breaking and the carpet stinks like sock stinky beer.

Never been so disappointed with customer service. My family and I have been coming to this place for over 5 years. Bartender and Robert told me that they were not serving pitchers of beer after a certain time. Then goes and serves a guy 3 pitchers of beer right in front of me. I ask the bartender to get the manager for me and he told to get the manager myself. This place needs new management or should be shut down. BEWARE!!!

I was thinking about giving up on this place, because of the high prices on everything, from what they charge per game to the price they charge for food. It was crazy. Now its under a new manager, and hes a bowler (meaning that the lanes may be in better condition), than what the previous manager did, plus hes working on what he can to do for the LEAGUES. So I will be returning to see how it goes. Come join me.

I would give no stars, but that is not an option. The wait time was ridiculous. We were told 45 minutes - an hour. At the 1.5 mark we walked out. There were at least 8 lanes available and it seemed as if the staff was waiting for the eight oclock mark to increase the price per game. Staff was rude, and ignored customers in line. Will not be returning.

When I was about to bowl the lady at the register didnt setup our game also the arcade is so small and you use tokens to play games the machine to get tokens to put coins in gets jammed and the prizes are in a machine there so cheap and some of the machines dont work and dont give out tickets the machine to put in your tickets gets jammed.

Worst place to bowl. they stopped taking care of this place, I went here for my daughters birthday cause years ago it was very well maintained and it looked classy and nice, rude workers, dont recommend at all. Want to go to a nice place not very far away? Waveland bowl on western near addison Better price and much 100 % better lanes.

Great place greats deals I visited here December 20th around 8:30pm I must say the girl who was working was great awesome and was very helpful I really love to see helpful employees. Although Manager wasnt too friendly she acted like we were bothering her and she also didnt give eye contact when speaking to her.

Lately this place is really bad. Every time I go, the person makes up an excuse as to how long the time wait is. 3-4 hour wait. Ive tried going for about 4 times in one month with the same people who I always see arguing with each other. Needs better overall management. Wont be visiting this location anymore.

Just had our daughters 8th Birthday party here and everything/everyone was great. Robert the manager was very attentive and accommodating as needed....always checking in and ensuring our party was running smoothly. Everyone attending had a great time. Would definitely recommend for a kids party to anyone.

Second time here. Its a small place and has horrible service. Stood at the counter for at least 5 min with maybe 4 workers standing around and were never taken care of. No one bothered to say theyd help us shortly. It was 4:30pm and had like 3 lanes playing only. Definitely a slow day so no excuses. Sad.
