While this was only my second experience attempting an escape room, it was definitely the best one so far. The puzzles were challenging and engaging until we ran out of time and beyond. Thankfully the owner gave us a little extra time to finish the escape, and Im sure we could have done it in time with a bit more focus and organization at the beginning. Unlike the other escape room I tried, there are enough "paths" to go down while solving puzzles simultaneously to keep all the members of a large team engaged. I would highly recommend this place, and Im excited for another room to open so I can go back!

The place is fantastic. I ended up proposing to my fiance in the Hideaway. She had always wanted to do an escape room so i looked around the Naperville area and am glad I chose Hidden Key. The owner was more than accommodating and worked with me with every detail all the way until i popped the question. I would definitely recommend Hidden Key to anybody interested in an escape room. We had a great experience.

Decided on a whim to try out an escape room, and Hidden Key Escapes came up. Never having done one before, a bunch of first timers and myself went and tried it out. It was very difficult, extremely fun, and would for sure do it again. I cannot wait till their 2nd room opens up to give this place another go.

SO MUCH FUN!!! This was my first time doing a room escape and I finished wanting to do the other room immediately after but it was booked. Its incredibly creative and challenging. I never knew this stuff existed and now Im hooked! I cant wait to try the other room!

The staff was friendly and the escape room was challenging, but there was no zombie or anything which makes it very family friendly vs some others in the area. Great time.

Had a great experience. A couple of times there are puzzles with enough ambiguity that youll get the wrong answer the right way, but still had a wonderful experience.
