Very disappointed in the overall experience. Course is extremely understaffed, starting when you first walk through the golf shop doors. There is one guy working the golf shop counter and the snack shop. He is running back and forth, making drinks, selling beer, answering the phone, signing in customers, etc. Furthermore, overall appearance of the "clubhouse" is less than positive. The building obviously hasnt been updated in the entire duration the facility has been open. The carpet is disgusting throughout the upper level and the paint is very unappealing. It is an immediate turnoff when walking through the doors. When I was there, there was an awful odor coming from the restrooms on the main floor. It smelled like raw sewage and when I informed the golf shop attendant, he simply said "that is a normal smell here at Broken Arrow." I asked to use a shower facility and was told the "locker rooms" were on the lower level. WOW!!! The locker room is basically a converted storage room where all the accumulated junk over the past 20 years is stored. The shower stalls had mold and fungus growing in them so I didnt dare shower there after my round. Furthermore, there were no towels or soap/shampoo provided. Not much of a "locker room" at all! Moving onto the restaurant aspect of my trip.... Food was great but it was extremely overpriced. The bar/restaurant has the appeal of a 1980s, run down pub. Dingy and dirty to say the least. Not very clean or appealing to return for food service. Definitely will not go back. Why did I play the course you may ask after reading my review? They were running a $30 fall special for 18 holes with a cart. I should have known you get what you pay for. I would suggest nobody wasting their time or money on this run down, neglected facility.

We held our Mothers Funeral Lunch at Broken Arrow with about 90 people 15 kids - The Food was excellent. Chef Rick Jerding met with I, My sister and Brother to go over the details (at the last minute as well) We had a Plated Lunch : Chefs Famous Pot Roast and Chicken on the same plate with Green Beans garlic mashed and Cheese Cake Bars & Cookies for Dessert. Open Bar and everything was excellent. The service was excellent too though for that many people the could have placed an extra service staff on or maybe had one of the bartenders assist just during meal service to get the food out faster. Bu the food was hot and tasty so worth the wait. We had all fantastic reviews from everyone who came how excellent the food was. That speaks volume. We were very impressed that the Chef even came in to oversee the food preparation for our event. Thank you Chef I can not say enough about this and I would recommend all to stop by and speak to Chef Rick Jerding to host any event you are looking to have. We are looking to returning back for lunch. Thanks Chef Sincerely Lisa Sweeney and on the behalf of our whole Family Thank you so much again!

Our family, and my daughters family had the Fish Fry at Broken Arrow Club House restaurant. There were 6 adults and 3 children. We were seated in a timely manner and had plenty of room for the kids. Our host, served us drinks and food in a timely manner. We could not have had better service. Thank You!!! But, to our surprise the food was excellent!!! We started with the Fritters and Mojeto Shrimp Cocktail. Wonderfull!! Then we had their Grilled Trout and found it to be as good as the most expensive places we have been to. We will go back. Maybe the best "Fish" menu I have seen at a Fish Fry. If you can, give it a try!!!

I played this course for the first time this past summer and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Staff, Carts, Food, Course Condition were all great. The north course is a little weird because it has 2 flags but they are different color and we just picked which one we wanted to play to before the round started and it was no problem at all ! I cant wait to go back.

I spoke to the pro shop about a specific tee time early in the morning. Got up at 5am to drive an hour to make the time, and they wouldnt honor the time promised. I wasted two hours of my time and extra sleep dealing with this. I did get an apology on the phone, but no offer to make the situation right in any form or fashion. Very disappointing customer service all around.

Great time here. Loved the golf course and the staff was friendly and attentive. Special tanks to Veronica and Alyssa in the bar who hydrated us after our round. Also shout out to Rick Jerding the Food and Beverage Manager. Youre the best Rick. Here is my advice those that are reading this review...GOLF BROKEN ARROW!!!

Had our wedding there this past sept12th and it was absolutely amazing! Are choices of fish and chicken were a hit with all of our guest. The food was fantastic and the staff was amazing! Definitely glad we choose broken arrow for our wedding and ceremony it was definately a night to remember!

This course is always is great condition. The staff in pro shop is always very helpful and friendly. If you get a membership you will get to know everybody and they treat you like family.
