I joined my cousin for her tasting here at Stonegate, I have to say I was truly impressed! The location even in the winter time is beautiful (I cannot wait to compare it to summer when her wedding will be) So I was awaiting for her to arrive the front desk greeted me asked if I would like some coffee or anything else to drink. The interior is huge, tall ceilings, fireplace with a brick wall, large windows and chandeliers, really beautiful. So my cousin had already booked this location and I was joining her in the tasting choices. When she arrived the front desk went to get the executive Chef Jesse, he came and greeted us and took us back to the kitchen. He was so charismatic, passionate about his craft, he showed us the different protein options and throughly explained the processes his kitchen used in keeping everything fresh and in house. The kitchen was clean, staff was very nice and helpful, answered questions and genuinely warm. Jesse made it clear that the couple could have special requests, needs, anything that was needed they can do for them. We watched them season and cook everything to perfection then we were walked into a room with the table decor options available and began are testing. Nothing felt rushed and everything was explained in detail, the place is really superb and wonderful. I think she will have a magnificent Wedding Day in June!!!

First of all, I sincerely apologize for my late review considering you guys we so awesome to us for our wedding experience. We had the pleasure of working with Janet and her team for creating the wonderful wedding that we had. Especially thanks to Janet, as she went above and beyond to make it perfect. We could not have dreamed a more beautiful wedding. We were so happy with your services. Janet truly gets to know you and whats important to you to make the perfect wedding. I know there were so many details that I hadnt even asked for nor thought of, but she was so determined to give me the wedding I wouldnt have dreamed of she took care of the tiny details that I wouldve probably missed. All of our family and friends are still talking about how perfect was the wedding. Your setup, cooperation and details were truly more than I asked for. It was the best day of our lives. I want to thank Beth at The Stonegate and everyone else involved on the team on my husbands and my wedding night (Brendan as our banquet captain and all the wonderful waitstaff/bartenders/etc.) who made this night go off better than I ever couldve expected! There were so many stressful pieces to our wedding the day before and morning of, but once we arrived at The Stonegate everything went off without a hitch! The decor was setup exactly as we had pictured it and talked about it, the cake was beautiful, and all the food was exactly as discussed/imagined. The venue itself is wonderful and we received many compliments from our guests about both the setting and the customer service from everyone working there that night. If I am ever in need of a venue for any reason in the future I will definitely look to the Stonegate first, as they were so focused no customer satisfaction, and were there to help along every step of the way. Thank you all again for the wonderful night! :)

We had our sons wedding reception at Stonegates Grand Ball room, back in the first week of June of this year. It was an absolute wonderful wonderful experience starting from the process of reserving the hall, dealing with the Catering Sales Manager Janet Lobo, the decoration, the lighting, sound system, 5-star service/wait staff, the wedding cake and its on time serving to each guests topped with a scope of vanilla ice cream and to the end of the event. Thank God everything went very smooth. We would definitely refer this venue to all our friends and family, and would suggest other people to try it out as well. The Sales manager took care of our event like it was her own sons.

Beth was the absolute worst wedding planner I have ever encountered. She appeared to be on top of everything until two days before my friends wedding. My friend had paid for a top shelf full bar package but was told she couldnt serve martinis during the reception. Rather than trying to work something out she became very rude. She was extremely unprofessional and the fact that her management backed her up was questionable and repulsive. This is a beautiful venue but her lack of customer service and the fact that her management supported her terrible behavior ruined the event. I will never have an event here.

I participated in an event here, and I must say that this place is wonderful. The Conference/Banquet rooms are beautiful, and the staff is very attentive. I would recommend this venue to anyone that has an upcoming professional event/wedding.

Attended a friends wedding here - it was nice enough. Great A/C in the summer, and nice servers. The layout is confusing and when there are multiple events, its not easy to figure out where yours is happening. Lots of easy parking is nice!

The staff here were amazing. Probably the best I have experienced at an event. The food was great too. They listed what was gluten free for each dish. Its a gorgeous building and decoration/design inside.

Janet was very helpful and accommodating. The venue and staff were great and guests raved about the food. The parking lot needs some work but the banquet hall is so beautiful! It was a wonderful evening.

Nice venue. Food was mediocre. Staff was average but polite. Suggestion: styrofoam take out containers should be offered to patrons who desire to take their meals home.
