I had a very unpleasant experience today at the Red Cross donation site at Winnetka Community House. It was not easy to find the room once inside the community center. There were no signs or directions posted anywhere. Then, once I found the Red Cross room, everyone I talked with, (especially the lady apparently in-charged in the Red Cross) in the room was far from being polite. The event was very poorly planned, in my opinion. People at the site need to be trained how to greet donors and explain them the waiting procedure in a polite manner. Also, it helps to hear the words "Good Morning" and "Please". Very disappointed!!! This review is for the Red Cross, however, Winnetka Community House must demand politeness and good planning from every organization using the center.
Saw a production at the Winnetka Community House. They serve the local communIty. What a lovely place! Gorgeous architecture, friendly staff and patrons, and an amazing theatre. The play was a charitable event by the Village Follies. This years was theme was "Curses!!! Follied Again... villianous! What a wonderful time.
Wonderfully maintained vintage building. Great for parties, events, business meetings. Helpful, knowledgeable staff and great facilities. Have been to work seminars, kids parties, adult luncheons here and they were all well managed.

Love this great educational and cultural place in Winnetka! Especially we enjoy North Shore Art League art classes! Ms. Jennifer is an amazing and very talented teacher!
We go for the annual rummage sale. Fun outing, always find a treasure our two and end the adventure with deep dish pizza.

My older brother did a play here and they recorded it and gave us a DVD of the play for FREE! So at home we can watch it.
Great place to go and visit with friends. Only hard concern is the parking which is few.
They allowed us to do the impossible with a school play. Thanks guys!
A little threadbare but clearly a valuable community resource
Love this gracious old place. Love the newer facilities too.
Older building could use a rehab but great resources
(Just a recent Hassle-free Driveway Turnaround...)
