The bartenders ignored me for over a half hour while my friends waited. It was upstairs... a young woman bartender in a tight yellow dress waited on every single customer except for me (all the other customers were male, which might have had something to do with it). I managed to catch her eye, and she smiled at me but it was still quite a while until she got back to me... I also caught the other bartenders eye, but he just glared and started texting on his phone. He wasnt really helping any customers. Tight-yellow-dress-woman finally helped me after she had helped every single other customer, even the ones who had been waiting for far less time than I had. To top it all off, I got groped by another customer and my friend was insulted by another customer. This was probably the worst bar experience Ive ever had in my life. Dont go here. Even the doorman was rude to me. Im not the type of person who attracts rudeness: Im quiet, and I just meekly accept it when people lash out. This review is my only payback. And its quite necessary! Ive been here before, and it was also awful. Forty-year old men troll the dance floor so they can grind on college chicks. Service is terrible. I would rather be poked in the eye with a stick than go here again. Any other bar on campus, or in the C-U... or in the world... would be preferable.

A cesspool of disease. The damp dungeon like floor impregnated with a slimy film of spilled drinks as the staff helplessly tried to push the puddles of vomit into a corner where it wouldnt be noticed. The stench of bile seized the night and ruined anything that wouldve made it enjoyable. The restrooms were littered with shattered glass, a splintered plunger, and what seemed to be feces on the wall. The Clyboutne is a poorly run cesspool of disease and we will never be returning.

Wow! So disappointed in this place. Super racist bouncer, super racist staff, super racist EVERYTHING! Tried to call for 4 days straight, no response and the phone rings for a very long time. They unnecessarily harass POC but especially Black people. The also overcharge and everyone who works there is a capitalist. 0/5, would not recommend to anyone that has a moral compass.

The environment is bright and contemporary, but the events they host are fratty and do not contrast with its environment well. The drinks that are not on the daily special are borderline overpriced. There is more ice than drink in the cups, and the alcohol is more watered down than sink water. Step your game up, Clys.

Really should have people picking up glass bottles and sharp items off floor and places where massive amounts of people tend to gather. Will never be going back because management seems a little inexperienced.

Great multi level bar. The bathroom are horrible but what can you expect with a college bar. The music is on point but expect a very ethnic crowd on the weekends.

Worst bar in Champaign. They only have 3 satellite feeds, nothing in HD. They turned off the world series for ND. Terrible.
