these two courses fox creek and legacy in smyrna, ga absolutely suck!!. the holes are so close together you have to worry about getting killed by balls from the other fairways-we heard four screamed 5 times in two hours. the course conditions are always poor. the staff is as untrained as they get and average age 16. the managers are 22 year old flunkies with no business sense. the range, range balls and turf always suck. they give you a strip of turf about 2 feet wide to hit from and it is usually dirt. My son got fiberglass splinters using a rake in a bunker. a par 3 course that is extremely land challenged,on course lake is disgusting with slime and litter. everything about this place is screaming is bare bones budget. you even have to worry about your car getting hit in the parking lot while you play, car next to ours had broken glass-or else was broken into! bathroom was disgusting! i id bet the 5 star google review of this course was written by a staff person cause it is extremely jaded! avoid, avoid, avoid! youll be glad you did!

I enjoy playing both of these courses frequently......dr j, get a life and please go play somewhere else with other pros like yourself. There are many who play golf here to learn the game and practice in order to get a better understanding of their arsenal of weapons. Unlike you, who I presume are a much seasoned player, should understand their position and learn tolerance and patience while they practice a sport that is not exclusive to you. I am certain that you did not start out as a scrach golfer and others bit their lip while you yelled fore due to an errant shot. If you do not or cannot be patient with the game I certainally hope that you are not a surgeon. (dr.)

We had a large group come in today to golf for my husbands birthday, I have never golfed a day in my life. Granted we were going a little slower because of me, now when a group came up behind us we would let them go ahead of us! Which is proper golf manners! The rudest ranger came over to us and said we were going to slow, and today is not the day for me to learn to golf and we need to move on! The ranger and my husband did exchange words, completely unprofessional and uncalled-for! Now we did go back up to the office and they gave us a full refund! They were great and apologized for his rude words and actions. We will keep everyone informed if that ranger is still there.

This is a great golf course for the price! I enjoy being able to come play 18 after work and on the weekend. The Driving range and putting green are well maintained. The Tee boxes are decent especially for the price! With a few par 4s and even a par 5, It allowed me to pull out the driver a little more than its neighboring course Legacy. Overall, its hard to beat being close to Atlanta and under $30 a round!

This is a great beginner/intermediate player course. Plenty of chances to use irons and a couple of holes to use a wood. The course is well maintained and not too busy. My only warning is to watch out for long drives at the back of the course where the range backs up to one of the fairways.

Great practice facility and nice little Par 3 track. The par 4s are almost all possible to hit in 1 so it makes for some fun eagle opportunities. Well maintained but it can get pretty backed up with slow play at certain times of the day.
