Came here as a double date night and just looking to have some couples fun. One of the ladies we were with was using a six pound ball because that was all she could lift. We bowled one game with no issues, as the start of the second game the manager and her coworker came over and took the six pound orange balls away from the ladies because they were not 12 and under. They only took the orange balls away from our lane, but no one elses lane. When we came into the bowling alley and paid no one explained these rules to us, nor did the manager take the orange balls away from ANY other lane. They did not take the orange balls away from anyone else in the bowling alley that was obviously way older than 12. I was extremely disappointed by being singled out and the lack of communication with this bowling alley. Needless to say if we cant use certain bowling balls, they should NOT be out. Maybe one of the ladies we were with had a muscular degenerative disease, but NO, no one at that bowling alley thought of that! So if youre going to manage one lane, manage them all. Disappointed to say the least.

If there were the option to leave 0 stars I would have rated it that. We were moved to 3 different lanes because each lane we used did not work. Employees were rude and unable to work out the issues we were having. Also the employees were using chewing tobacco while "attempting" to assist us. We paid for their "hourly" deal and were only able to play for a total of 25 minutes. Definitely will not be going back.

Couldnt keep anyone working at the bar when we went in and out, but otherwise, the actual bowling alley is pretty good, though their computers could use some updating as the visuals were from 1994. Otherwise, everything appears clean and maintained.

My experience here is always PERFECT! Its a fun place and everyone is so nice, quick, and they ensure that you enjoy your time. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great time and dun atmosphere.

This place has been renamed to Lake Country Lanes and it got new owners and there is much better service
