One of the worst outings at this course ever! Ive always recommended this course to others as I have been playing it for nearly 20 years now. Ive always contended that this course is a great value for the money. A shot in the fairway is rewarded with a decent lie, the greens are always in good shape and roll fast and true. Well I played there on Thursday July 9, 2015. It was a scorcher of a day at about 95 degrees and when I got to the cooler station between holes 4 & 5 they were empty. I called the clubhouse to let them know and they said theyd take care of it. Never happened, even after going inside to voice a complaint at the turn, it did no good, the coolers around the course were either empty or simply not there. That isnt all... Twice I had to ask personnel on mowers to stop mowing near me while trying to make a shot. I was told that they had a church group coming in the afternoon and had to get them cut. So be warned, you arent as important as their other customers. I told all of this to the guy at the desk and while he did offer me some free bottled water, he neither apologized or did anything to fix the problem. One more thing, they put in new champions Bermuda greens but they lack the knowledge or equipment or both to maintain them. They were scalped by the mowers and inconsistent. I really enjoy this course as it is the closest to my house but Im going to playing somewhere else while they get things figured out, hopefully. On a brighter note I came withing 10 inches of making a hole in one on 12. But thats beside the point.

This course is so awful now it was literally depressing. I have such fond memories of playing this course 7 or 8 years ago and to see the horrible way its been neglected got me down. I didnt even finish the last 4 holes I was so unpleased with everything about this course. Really bad tee boxes, hard dead fairways and I dont know what to call the area supposed to be the greens. They are far from being worthy of being put in the greens category for sure. Dont waste your time or money here its really the worst course in about a 30 mile area. Hope they fix it again someday..

Good greens and overall good value. Over the past year it seems to be improving. Starting April 1st I will open a New Golf Shop here in the downstairs level called A to Z Golf. We will sell clubs, do fittings and repairs and do private & group lessons. I look forward to meeting you all.

Overall, the course is in pretty good shape given the amount of usage. My only complaint is the mower guys continuing to cut when youre trying to make a shot. I know Im not playing for my tour card, but at least demonstrate a little etiquette fellahs!! But still, cant beat the price.
