I recommend this brewery for a laid back local beer tasting/drinking experience. Try the Long Day Lager. Im not usually a beer drinker but this beer tasted great and I had two. I then switched to their draft Root Beer (as the DD) and that too was delish. I went to a private event here last night and it was a blast. The staff are incredibly friendly and down to earth. The brewery tour was informative, interesting, and engaging for all types of people (Our group had young and old, seasoned beer drinkers and non beer drinkers). They had live music and it was a great compliment to the atmosphere. The building is a warehouse previously used in the lumber industry. They section off the front part of the building for the tasting room, and big windows look through to the brewery. Their parking lot is small, but they have clearance for their customers to park at any of the surrounding businesses. This was no problem since the other businesses were closed in the evening. Go try this place out, youll be happy you did.

Stopped this little brewery founded by a couple plumbers for the first time yesterday and enjoyed it immensely. Though I wish they could keep open a little longer so I could drink more of their awesome brews, I can deal. The tour hosted by Owen was extremely entertaining and insightful. His beer knowledge was vast and he was excellent about fielding questions from the people visiting. This expertise is universal to everyone I met on staff and it shows in the way they treat their customers. The passion, kindness and love exuded from those on staff is also apparent in the amazing little events they have for dog owners and parents (of which, I am neither. But Im glad theres a place for them.). Oh, and dont be afraid to compliment them on their excellent work on the beer. I think they like that.

Good beer, nice people. I went here for an event that was also being hosted by Trump motorcycles. I had a great time. They had plenty of friendly people on-hand serving and it was a good tasting for $12 (they also had a cheaper option for people who dont drink beer to try the non-alcoholic options). They have a nice patio where you can just enjoy the weather or play a game or two like Cornhole. Ive already had their beer. Its a really small brewery so they arent really pushing the boundaries yet in what they can offer but they do the basics justice. Its high quality IPAs, a brown, etc. I did get to try a new beer while here and a few mixed options they came up with and all were good. Here is to hoping they can expand and take more risks in the future, Im sure they will do well.

Georgia alcohol laws are totally foreign to me, so my experience at Red Hare was definitely interesting. For $12-14, you get a souvenir pint glass that entitles you to 6 tastings. Each tasting is officially 6 oz, meaning you officially get 2.25 pints. Not a bad value. In reality, the bartenders usually fill your glass about 3/4 of the way, so you end up with what amounts to 4 or 5 pints. And considering they are only open for 2 hours during the week (when I went), you could get pretty lit if you try to sample all 6. The beers were good, although nothing really stood out to me. But the friendly staff, laid back environment, "free" tour, and "free" snacks all add up to a fun time before heading out elsewhere.

We had a good time here. You buy the glass for 12 dollars and get to sample 6 beers. Watch out for closing time...they are really strict. Be prepared for a busy hip middle age crowd full of Cougars and couples just enjoying the times. Beer yours are offered here but they leave much to be desired. Not only are they inaccurate but you dont really learn much. Do the tour to see the brewing equipment and because its free. Whether your single and looking for company or with friends this is a cool little spot in the industrial area to enjoy good times.

A good place to hang out and get some brews. One of the cheaper tours in the metro area, and they have games and typically a chill vibe going on (even if it does get very crowded on the weekends). The caveat being that their beers arent great. Very forgettable brews, some that you can flow down your gullet without a second thought and some that youll make note to avoid in the future. Says a lot that their best brew is the NA root beer they make and serve. But, if youre more apt to go for the hang as opposed to the beer, you wont be disappointed.

Their beer is pretty good. They skew towards the lighter side of the spectrum and tend to have more floral and fruity notes. Not a Porter or Stout to be seen. They have branched out into sodas, with a root beer and grapefruit soda, both of which are pretty good. Great venue for the usual brewery tours. But if youve been to ones at Monday Night or Red Brick, its pretty similar.

Great event to spice up a boring evening. For $12, you get a Red Hare beer glass and 6 beers on the house. The tour is short, but the social events after are where the magic really is. Games are set up around, sometimes theres live music, and the owner is usually found walking around. Real down to earth guy, fun to talk to. I recommend this to all craft beer lovers.

Great atmosphere and fantastic beer. Dog friendly so we brought along our furry compatriot who was welcomed. I didnt do the tour but we were occupied by corn hole, live music, and friendly patrons. Not quite as big as Sweetwater but still an entertaining afternoon out. Ranks highly on my brewery power rankings for the Atlanta Metro area. Check it out!

I came to Red Hare for their Movember fundraiser which was $20 for a 6 pints of beer. They also had live music and the Cousins Maine Lobster food truck was on hand for those who were hungry. Overall it was a great event. Tip: They dont have many options for seating so wear comfortable shoes or arrive early to grab a spot on the lawn outside.

Besides the person who introduced me to this place, I love everything about it. Beer is great, people are cool, and the games are fun. It gets a little packed so the lines can be long. Also, thanks to funny Georgia laws you dont have very long to drink all your beers. Tip well, please, your bartenders bust their ass here.

We had a wonderful time visiting Red Hare and touring the facilities. Our tour guide was Australian and had a great sense of humor. There is cornhole and bocce ball outside for entertainment along with live music. The Gangway IPA was my favorite by far. Also, if you are in the mood, try their rootbeer. Excellent!

I would recommend visiting for a tasting to anyone. Big fan of the Gangway IPA myself. Good pours, occasionally live bands and even food trucks. So check out their website before you go. Not as crowded as the others you hear about. A very comfortable setting to meet friends after work for some good beer.

Great environment, solid beer and a well priced tour! In the past I felt Red Hares beers were very drinkable, but mediocre. I have noticed them really stepped their game up recently with the SPF 50/50 and Creamsicle IPA as well as some upcoming variants that will be coming out soon. Keep up the great work!
