Before signing a contract with this event hall know the facts. They do BAD, BAD BUSINESS. They promise you full cooperation, even if you choose outside vendors. What you actually get is much, much worse. Instead of a "full-service special events facility with experienced, trained staff dedicated to providing the very best in customer service" as they promised, you receive aggressive behavior and acts to sabotage your event. Before making full payments for your event this is what you will get: 1. Responsiveness - Fair 2. Professionalism - Fair 3. Additional Charges - Not disclosed 4. Integrity - Fair After making complete payments for your event, through the event planning/execution and during the event itself: 1. Responsiveness - Poor - does not communicate with you or any outside vendors 2. Professionalism - Poor, make your vendors and guests look as though event was poorly planned 3. Additional Charges - Hidden charges start to appear just days before the event, and if not paid, the event will be canceled. 4. Integrity - Poor - guests and vendors wrongfully accused of threatening venue staff throughout the entirety of the planning and execution of the event Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this venue. It appears great on the surface, but you are being sold a dream. In addition to not receiving what was contracted for, roaches were spotted in the venue, the restrooms were very dirty, and the A/C was cut off during the event to "save money on electricity". Your money is much better off elsewhere.

PLEASE DO NOT CELEBRATE YOUR SPECIAL DAY ON THIS PLACE because it will not be special at all ! before you give them the deposit or any money at front they treat you nice and make you believe that this is the perfect place and they promise you a lot of things that will never ever happen. I paid for 300 people including tableware, plates, charger plates, wine glasses, blush napkins, etc.. They only set 22 tables and about 220 chairs and never return me the money. On top of that, the napkins for the tables some were black and some were white instead of all blush like I asked to match the party theme and the only explanation for that is that there was a confusion and were going to find out what happen but they never came back so they preferred not to answer my calls during the party instead. I also paid them for cleaning and they still kept my deposit money. They will do anything NOT to return your deposit even if you have pictures of how the place was before the party. They will tell you that the inspection department will contact you in regards to your deposit but will make up anything not to return it. I wonder if there is an inspection department working for them or if its just the same people making up all this things that make no sense just to keep your deposit money!

Se solucionará de los servicios q ofrecieron este local no hubo la suficiente atención por todo lo q cobraron falta de hielo ,papel higiénico no limpiaban lo suficiente su personal de limpieza muy mal y al final nos cobraron por cosas sin sentido ( Mancha en la pared,estufa q cayó un poco de salsa y el cual no querían q uno lo limpie sino q fuera un especialista y cobraban 175 y por cada otra cosa de 200 no bajaban muy mal

This place is horrible. We had a quinceria here last night and the service was terrible. They said they would decorate the table where the main four sat but he didnt he as well said he would give us a paint holder for our picture and he didnt. Also one of the girls 500 dollar purse got stolen by the security guard!! And at 2 am when we were waiting for the police he told us to leave and if we dont it would be an additional 250 regardless if we were waiting for the police. Days before the event he charged us 300 dollars more for table runners which we already paid 550 for. And the day after (today) he called my husband and I and said the floor was broken. But my waitress said as soon as they got there before anything they said to be careful because the floor was already broken. Greatly diasspointed. DO NOT COME.

This is not the place you want your Party to take place. The owner will do everything he can to not return your deposit. He will charge you for things that do not make sense. He will charge you for broken things that happened before your party. If you decide to have your very important celebration at his place make sure you take pictures of everything and if you see something that does not look right bring it to his attention and make him sign a paper that acknowledge it. I will also have the contract t review by a lawyer it does not cost much and it will actually be cheaper than not getting your deposit back. Remember that you work hard to have "the perfect Wedding or the Perfect celebration" and you work hard to save your money so find another place that delivers what they promise.

I literally just left looking at this venue and the experience was horrible. The owner Ahmad rushed our walk through. We were literally there for maybe 10 min. Im not sure if we were discriminated because we were young African American women but energy is real and my maid of honor, bridesmaid, and I definitely picked up a vibe. Maybe he doesnt want a young crowd at his venue but you should never judge a book by its cover. So this review is definitely based on an initial meet and not their services. I rarely write reviews so that just goes to say how much of a negative experience this was for me. Id say save your gas, time, and money.

Our Wxperiemce was very pleasnt. All of our services were over delivered on and we couldnt ask for a better experience. Our wedding was planned out with persistence and great service By the Coordinator (Ahmad) assigned to us by Hashemites. Ahmad was excellent, a very unbelievable personality that took care of our Wedding needs. We had no clue about the wedding industry and how to set up services and Vendors but Ahmad did. We will definitely send everyone that asks us for a well defined Venue for their wedding to Hashemites. Thanks Again Ahmad!!!

Our experience for our Wedding here was amazing. The Catering was professionally served and the staff was very friendly. Our decorations were SO BEAUTIFUL!! My Guests are still complimenting and groups chatting on my wedding until this day! More importantly we felt confident and relived of stress throughout the whole wedding process because of the amount of weight Ahmad took off our Back. He suggested we purchase the All Inclusive Package to be stress free and it truly did serve its purpose. I give this Venue a 10 STAR :)

DO NOT BOOK THIS VENUE! I REPEAT DO NOT! YES IT LOOKS NICE, BUT ITS NOT WORTH IT. OWNER WILL LIE LIE LIE! They sell you a bunch of promises and after you submit a deposit they break the promises and give you hidden fees for things never mentioned before. They do not keep their word. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE A SOLID CONTRACT LAYING DOWN EVERYTHING! Make sure it includes chairs, table clothes, cleaning fee and anything else, they will try to add it in afterwards!

Was making a delivery to the construction job site across the street at 7pm tonight. I had concrete block and its easier when you can unload from both sides and not in the street. I used their parking lot as they had no business and the owner told me I could not use his parking lot and ended up calling the cops on me. Very unfriendly and not a place I would want my business at
