After moving to Elberton, we noticed right away that there isnt much to eat here. We tried Richards several times and can report they are consistent. Each time - sometimes a weeknight, sometimes during a busy weekend - the food was fair. Service goes from fair to nearly nonexistent. Never good. When we complained about an hour wait for a hamburger, we were told thats how it is. When we said if that was the best they could they do, they would lose our business, we got blank looks and shrugs. Well never go back again.

So far, good prices and neat tables. Beer bottle caps in cool designs lacquered over and another table on jack barrels. We shall see how the food is if our waitress comes back. Hamburger steak, baked potato, and cauliflower order up..real slow taking the order but worth the wait. They were real understaffed but besides that it was great. It reminded me of why we come out to eat, to socialize and I had time to do it. Great experience.

I do not know when these other people went to richards maybe it was before they changed owners, but everytime we go everything is great atmosphere is awesome, everyone is really nice, the food was good, 1 of the best steaks you can eat around here, the price was fair. WE WILL BE GOING BACK

Food is good with excellent portions for the price. Different beer and malt beverages are available if desired. Steaks, burgers, sandwiches are the standard fare along with some seafood and chicken strips. Check the specials for new offerings. Wifi is available also.

Too much of not enough. Price was high for the subpar food. Customer service is almost non-existent if theres more than 5 customers. They expect a tip, and rarely earn it. Hope you ate before coming, the wait is forever (multiple visits).

I love Richards because its a place thats been around for many years. My father used to take me here when I was a kid. The service hasnt changed and the food is still excellent.

Love their chicken strips! If they are busy service isnt very good,very slow!!
