Not impressed with their customer service. I attend a corporate event here and as soon as guests would get up from table and mingle, staff would clean off the table of any and everything (well before our party was scheduled to end). I had a pair of glasses that were taken away by the staff when they cleaned and no one seemed to be able to provide any answers to me that evening on where I could retrieve them from. Since that night, I have left several messages on their voice mail and have not even gotten a courtesy call back. I just dont understand their lack of customer care.

I love this venue. Ive been here twice. The first was for a Microsoft Event (XBox One) and the other was for a Fader/VitaminWater event. Both were set up very nice. The venue is definitely bigger than it seems. I was nervous I wouldnt get in to the VitaminWater event but it was more than enough room. Parking sucks but thats normal for downtown. Piece of advice: its cheaper to park on the streets and pay at the PayStations than to pay in the lots/decks. After 10:00pm its free on the streets so if you are willing to walk, youre good.

This venue is awesome! Ive been here for two separate events. Both very different but the venue complimented them both very well. First of its huge! Very spacious. The chandeliers that hang from the ceiling give a touch of elegance.

Beautiful event venue that was the old Macys Department store which kept many of the store elements such as the large chandeliers and escalators. The new event staff is better to work with than before. #cityexperts

This historic building in downtown Atlanta is beautiful. I attended a spa/UNCF fundraising event at JonRic spa which is located in the building and had a spectacular time!
