This is one of the worst hotels Ive ever stayed at. I am a fan of Hilton Garden Inns and never had such issues ever. I am a Hilton HHonors member. I reserved a room well in advance. I requested highest level and a corner room if applicable with my type of room. The checkin was the first problem. The woman wasnt all that friendly. She was on a personal call and had us wait until she was finished. When she was finally done I let her know we parked in the HHonors spot and asked if we needed a pass to put in the window. She said, "Oh, making yourself right at home, like you are already a member...." Umm.. I AM a longtime member. I found this to be rude. She then gave me our room key. I told her I had requested the highest floor and she said this is all we have. I want to know why I do the advanced room reservation when I have to listen to people above me walk around like elephants?! We get to our room. The light doesnt turn on, the door knob for the closet is broken, and the hook on the back of the bathroom door was about to fall off. On our way out I told a new woman at the front desk, who was much nicer, of these issues. By the time we returned these things were fixed. The door sticks and doesnt close unless you put weight into it. There is no fixing that. It must be the case with most of the doors here. Getting sleep in this place is almost impossible. Doors will wake you up at all hours. The adjustable bed they advertise doesnt work. Housekeeping is loud and extremely rude yelling down the hall to one another around 8am. The first night we stayed there was a bug (not a small one) in our room that I killed. The second morning we woke up to a fire alarm that was an accident. No one bothered to inform us we could stay in our rooms. The room I reserved was the King with Luxury bathroom. Dont even bother. This "luxury" bathroom is awful. It is one of the smallest hotel bathrooms Ive had. Totally out of date. They charge more because they have a rainfall shower head. Complete rip off. This hotel needs some serious renovating. Whoever manages this place should be fired. Really awful.

Dont stay here unless you want to be woken every morning just after 5:45am, when the unbelievably-loud ice machine, the pinging-for-no-reason lift and slamming doors begins. The bedrooms arent sound proofed and the ice machine room has had the door removed, despite the incredible noise. When I spoke to the lady on front desk about it she just smiled and said she would pass it on to the management. She was really disinterested, and I got the impression others had complained and she knew it was a problem that wouldnt be solved... Breakfast isnt good value and the crockery was grubby. J.Christophers over the road was much better.

It was my first time staying at this chain. Everything was perfect with the hotel and the service. The burgers and fries were inexpensive, filled me up and delicious. The staff was cordial. A solid hotel and would stay here again. My only issue was I wanted to cancel my reservation because my sister also traveled to Atlanta this weekend (ironically stayed at another Hilton Garden Inn ) and I wanted to stay with her. I called at 3 pm the day of check in and I either had to stay or have my card charged for 100% of the one night rate. It wasnt necessary to hold my funds hostage. I managed to enjoy the stay.

The stay was ok but first off. I did not get batteries for my tv remote after calling the frint desk, my wife could not sleep do to thin walls and noisy employees. The drain in the tub was very very slow and the service for the breakfast buffet SUCKED! The Chinese lady was texting when we walked up to give out tickets for the breakfast. She saw us and kept texting until she was done then she greeted us. She had no knowledge in what was what on the buffet to top it off. We will NEVER go back there again. $109.00 of our money was wasted there.

We got in from a concert at 11:00 pm. Went to our room, which was clean and cool. There was very loud music coming from somewhere. (So loud you could feel the thump of the bass.) Until after 2am and two calls to the desk an hour apart. The next morning at checkout, all we get is an "Im sorry."? Really? Not even a free breakfast, discount on the room or extra points applied to our hhonors card?! Sad. Thankful for a clean room and hot water, but VERY disappointed. Very unlike a Hilton property.

Had some issues at the hotel they were not solved but the next day I think will be handled very accurately the manager he assured me that my situations that happened was isolated and that he would fix the issue. Other than that the stay was great the breakfast was good the pool is nice and warm the accommodations were nice in the room clean soft bed clean bathroom and because of the manager on duty and how we handle and expressed his feeling definitely give them another opportunity

Stayed there for one night over the weekend and I have to say that the management needs improvement there. Due to bad management everything suffers. Check in took good 30 min and creamer in the rooms were bad. Coffee And water was out in the lobby. Room was small and hurt my knees so many time on the platform bed. Beds were comfortable but bathroom need updating. Overall for the price and Hilton brand I expected a lot better , very disappointing stay overall.

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the staff extremely courteous. A mistake was made when I made our reservation through the national reservations number (apparently roll away beds are not available at this location) and this created a significant problem for us. However, the on-site staff members were very apologetic and accommodating and we were able to work out a solution. I would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They made the bed special with my young daughter with her stuffed animals and special blanket. The hotel does have an indoor pool, which was the selling point for me and my family, its a rare amenity in the area. The only negative to the hotel was the quality of that pool. Its a VERY small space and more than 2 or 3 kids the acoustics become unbearable. Sounds silly but it was not pleasant.

Rooms are great and taken well care of each day. However office chair in the hotel room is a bit greasy dont really want to sit on it to do work. Gym is tiny, took a mat to the swimming pool area to do some exercise, no gym weights beyond a single weights machine. Have coin operated washing and drying machines but no quarters to exchanges for notes so they can actually be used in the morning and just enough in the afternoon.

Service and room were good, hotel is clean and safe, good parking. Breakfast option is great, dont care for the fact that the breakfast bar is all self service, but they have wait staff that drops off a bill....feels awkward from a tipping perspective; however with that said the service staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. This location has a great outdoors firepit with plenty of comfortable seating surrounding.
