DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE FOR YOUR EVENT IF YOU PLAN TO HAVE A LIVE BAND!! I am part of a band and the experience we had was simply bad because of how strict the owners and workers are here. We set up our sound equipment and were about to do a sound check but a lady (who we soon found out worked here) told us we could not use our own equipment that we had to use theirs instead, but they told us we could ONLY use their highs (Speakers that go on the top) but could not use the subwoofers (Speakers that go on the bottom) although we were confused and of course angry we complied. They didn’t tell us any of this information prior to setting up ALL of our equipment so we had to take our subwoofers, which are the heaviest of all, back to our trailer but on our way to taking them back another woman told us that we could not go out of the SAME door where we brought all of our equipment in, but instead we had to use a side door and walk all the way around to the front of the building to put our speakers away. RIDICULOUS in my opinion because we were about 10 feet away from the door when she made us walk all the way back to the side door and go out through there. If I could give this place a -5 stars I would. I don’t recommend this place if you will be having a live band perform, the band will not be able to perform comfortably and you will not get good quality sound because they have control of the sound in the back so if they want they can lower the volume as low as they please and do whatever they want to the bands sound.
