St. James is a wonderful development and place to live & play in!!! All the neighbors, within all the neighborhoods here at St. James, are so pleasant & so friendly!!! And seeing my neighbors while driving to & from home daily, theyre all always greeting you with a friendly wave & a big smile just to say hi and to acknowledge you as you go by!!! Whether their walking their dogs, or taking in an early evening stroll after dinner, you can tell the folks here at St. James are all enjoying & living their happy lives here... In this great big beautiful place, we all call home!!! It truly is wonderful just coming home and driving through our development... Seeing the golfers playing & riding around on their golf carts, the kids riding their bikes, folks jogging, taking a stroll or walking up to the pool for a dip, is an everyday accurence here... Plus, enjoying and looking at all the magnificent Sandhill Cranes, to all the fancy and different kinds of shoreline birds & wild life that resides here also, is pretty amazing!!! All the different homes here with their new and upscale designs, are all so lovely & beautifully kept, with the different swaying Palm trees, well kept landscaping & pretty manicured green lawns, it really is so nice to see & enjoy... Living here and being surrounded by the hugely popular and out standing Golf Club that the Champions Turf Country Club is... It is simply wonderful with its magnificently kept greens and lush tropical landscaping, you can only get here in Florida... And, its a complete joy for all the golf enthusiasts who come here for the day, to play!!! Our Residents Clubhouse is a beautiful place to come to also, to relax & enjoy, as well as take in a nice cool dip in the beautiful large sparkling pool... The gym is well equipped and is a great place to take in a great workout, too!!! And, so is the well kept, clean & fun creative play ground for the kiddies!!! Also, the folks in the offices of our efficiently run HOA at the Clubhouse, are so completely helpful, courteous & are always so friendly!!! Living here in St. James, is a wonderful upscale lifestyle for all of its resident home owners and it is a fantastic place to live!!! It really truly is an absolute joy to call home to!!!

GREAT LAYOUT.BEST GREEN IN COUNTY. GREENS A TAD BETTER THAN PGA .FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS STAFF. WILL PLAY IT AGAIN.
