Stayed three nights this visit which was our 5th visit to the hotel. It has been 3 years since our previous visit. Wow have things changed. To start off what happened to the friendly staff? It used to be across the board 100% friendly staff this stay it was 25% at best. The whole feel of the hotel has changed into a hectic , stressed out enviroment. We stayed ocean front facing the pool which is open 24 hours now. All night long people were partying loudly which we could clearly hear all night long. I can not believe the hotel even allows the kind of behavoir that we seen and heard go on. It truly brings down the class rating of the hotel to a 2 star. The room was very clean the only complaint about house keeping is one day our room did not get cleaned. We kept thinking that they would show up but never did. We dined pool side and on the beach several times each. Be aware of the 20% gratuidy that is automatically included in your tab which you have no power over if you recieved good service or bad. I personally only had one experience poolside dining when a blonde lady was our waitress, we asked for salt, pepper and sweet and low - I had to get up and get it myself once I realized she could care less, she also was in the 25% of staff friendleness. I also felt like the staff watches you like you are getting ready to steal something, not a comfortable feeling. Felt like that at the Starbucks in the hotel especially and they also were not friendly staff. In closing I will not stay at the hotel again, which is very disappointing to me because it is a great location that I enjoyed. This is suppose to be a good place for family but we witnessed some activiities that were not family friendly. I dont understand the hotel watches you so closely but allows such behavior to go on. Many people stay in one room and split the bill is what I heard spoke about in passing a few times, that is the kind of guests at the hotel now. If you like the loud partying crowd this is where you should go. If you are looking for the 5 or 4 star family friendly, relaxing get away its not at this hotel any longer.

I would like to have a nice review for the hotel, but our experience was not the best. First I going to talk about the cleanness of the room. Our room carpet was dirty, not inviting to be bare foot. The shower was not clean and there was hairs from a previous guest. I understand it is a beach hotel but they need to work on better cleanness... We went to the restaurant close to the pool and for 20 minutes we seat at table and nobody approach us, so we decided to go to the beach. We rented 6 chairs and umbrellas for 25 dollars each and we ordered some food and drinks. I asked the waiter for a kid cup with water for my 2 year old baby, and he told me he did not have. Is he bringing the drinks from the bar at the pool they sure have this cups there because the day before they gave her one. The service is bad and because the 20 percent tip is include automatically they dont do anything extra for you.The food took a while to come until it finally did. When we were about to eat one of the beach boy came to pick up the umbrellas, we explain him that we just got the food and that we wanted to eat in the shadow. I promised you after this guy 5 more different guys came at us to pick up the umbrellas and we have to repeat ourselves several times. We asked them to start picking up other people umbrellas because we wanted to finish eating and the baby was eating and the guy s response to us was that the other people had pay more money for their umbrellas. Also our waiter should have advice us that the umbrellas and chairs were to be remove before letting us order more than 200 dollars in food and drinks. The hotel needs improvement in order to really be a 4 starts hotel, specially the customer service they provide.

LOCALIZAÇÃO: é o hotel mais bem localizado de Miami Beach, fica na Collins Av, de frente pro mar! Fica a uma quadra da Lincoln Rd (rua de pedestres com lojas e restaurantes) e perto da Ocean Drive (rua com bares, restaurantes e orla) ATENDIMENTO: O atendimento é excelente. Todos atendem muito bem, inclusive o concierge, chamam você pelo nome. Todas as duvidas que eu tinha foram solucionadas rapidamente, além do check in e check out serem super rápidos. Na piscina, tem atendimento o tempo inteiro. A piscina é excelente, com muitas cadeiras e um espaço enorme. Eles oferecem água saborizada o tempo inteiro e a comida do bar/restaurante é muito boa e bem servida.O hotel tem acesso direto à praia, saindo pela piscina. A praia é muito bonita, com várias cadeiras do hotel para ficar. Eles tem serviço de banana boat, jet ski e kaiak.

I ARRIVED ON A THURSDAY NIGHT TO STAY FOR 3 DAYS AND THE VALET TOLD ME IT WAS 37 DOLLARS TO PARK OR TO PARK AT THE GARAGE FOR 16 DOLLARS... SO I DECIDED TO PARK MY CAR AT THE GARAGE SINCE I WASNT GOING TO BE USING IT. THE VALET GUY SAID HE WOULD PARK IT FOR ME SO I GAVE HIM THE MONEY. COME TO FIND OUT HE HAD POCKETED THE MONEY AND WHEN I CAME TO TAKE MY VEHICLE OUT OF THE GARAGE THEY WHERE TRYING TO CHARGE ME AGAIN BECAUSE I WASNT AN EMPLOYEE OF THE LOFT. THE VALET HAD GIVEN ME A PARKING PASS AS A WORKER THERE AND HAD TAKEN THE MONEY FOR HIMSELF!!!!!I SO THE ONLY OPTION I HAD WAS TO GO BACK TO THE HOTEL AND COMPLAIN. THEY RECORDED MY CONVERSATION WHEN I WENT TO THE MANAGER AND DIDNT EVEN TELL ME HE WAS RECORDING MY CONVERSATION!!! HE REPORTED THE GUY THAT HAD PARKED MY CAR AND SHOWED HIM THE CONVERSATION!!!!!!(TALKING TO A LAWYER AS WE SPEAK FOR THIS AND THE DAMAGES MADE TO THE RENTED VEHICLE) I HAVE BEEN TALKING TO PEOPLE THAT HAVE STAYED THERE AND THEY HAVE ALL SAID THAT ALL OF THE VALET PEOPLE THERE DO THIS!!!!!!! THEY FIRED THE GUY AND THE GUY CAME BACK TO ONE OF OUR RENTED VEHICLES FROM THE GROUP THAT WAS WITH US AND BROKE THE BACK WINDOW WIPER!!!!!!!!!! WE WENT BACK AND THEY DIDNT WANT TO SHOW US THE SECURITY VIDEO BECAUSE "IT WASNT CLEAR". YOU HAVE A MULTI MILLION DOLLAR HOTEL THAT DOESNT KEEP YOUR CARS SAFE!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT EVEN THE HOTEL MANAGER HELPED US AFTER 3 HOURS AND A POLICE REPORT ******** DO NOT STAY HERE*************

I expected the construction and was fine with that, the problem I had is with everything else. I traveled with my 92 yr old grandmother who has special dietary needs. I was told we can rent a microwave but upon arrival they said there were none available, and I was put on a waiting list, and week later nothing. I was forced to go across the street every time to heat up her meals because they said they had none available for use anywhere in the resort. The first room was on a floor not renovated with wallpaper falling off the walls, so we were promised an ocean view with a balcony and had my grandmother pack up all her belongings to find out "sorry we made a mistake this room has no ocean view either" We were again put on another waiting list ,with guess what ? Still nothing after a week. Not to mention the mini fridge is broken and was never fixed, and Im still being charged the $30 just to open it. There is no room service, but if you want you can order pick up from lure fish bar in the hotel, just dont tell them you are staying in the hotel or they will charge you an additional service fee just for being a guest. This place has no customer service but you can expect to pay a fee for everything. Im still waiting to get a call from the manager Jonathan for the last few day but I guess Im on a waiting list for that as well. I had a great stay here years ago but this time was just unacceptable. Do yourself a favor research before you book.
