3 or of 5 beers were good. Make certain you try the Gosé and chaí beer! Double IPA was not drinkable due to a rubber taste, probably from boiling wort in new silicone tubing. Blackbeard feels like an "oops" beer or they were trying to do a 2nd run on a high abv grain bill. Maybe tried to cover it up with hot brewed coffee? Very astringent like stale coffee. I wanted this to be my go-to brewpub but I will have to keep trying until the beer is on Parr with what I am capable of brewing at home. I wish the Schmidt brothers luck in all that they do but please do not sell a beer that could potentially turn away a future patron. If you were a chef; would you serve a burned meal?

The laid back atmosphere makes me feel at home. You can play Settlers of Catan or Super Smash Bros there! But if you are less nerd than I you will still find reasons to call this place home The owners are good people and the beer is great! A variety of styles you would expect along with some creative blends make Old Soul a haven for beer lovers. Theres also wine and cider if you feel like mixing it up or beer isnt your thing. When I had just moved to Fort Myers I was able to make friends very quickly. Easily my favorite spot.

Had a date night here with my girlfriend and saw the stand-up comedy routine they were hosting. Of the four comedians, two were excellent! The beer was really good, and this was my first experience at this establishment. I really enjoyed the Defector, and I bought my girlfriend a flight as shes not a big beer drinker, so were were trying to find a flavor she liked. Shes sold on the Cider! This place was excellent and the service was top notch. Thanks for the great time.

Great place, great beer, great people! Old Soul is most innovative brewery in town. If you have visited, give them another look, they are constantly rotating and tweaking the classics! It is a huge, eclectic, clean tap room, great for meetings, gatherings and games! If you live in or visit Fort Myers Old Soul Brewing is a MUST stop! The also bring in some fantastic bands and host trivia nights and so on, always a lot of fun!

This is hands down my favorite brewery in SWFL. The delicious brew are what get me to come, but it is the cozy atmosphere that gets me to stay. I love how the owners are always ready to answer any questions and show you around the brewery. I know when Im waiting tables and any tourist ask me for local breweries, Old Soul is the first place I send them!

Old Soul introduced me to craft beer and got me hooked. I love their IPAs, dark ales, and stouts. Something new that I want to try is always brewing and the staff is friendly and enjoys talking about the process. Ive also seen some of the best local music play here. Definitely a place to learn about beer and to experience the local culture.

I stopped into the tap room with my husband to redeem a free beer coupon. He ended up having a fee more because he loved the different options. I had a soda, I dont like beer, and it was tasty. You can get food delivered here. They even have a few bar snacks to pick from which are for sale.

Great beer, fun atmosphere!! Couple that with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Best brewery Ive visited. Too bad Florida law prohibits food. Get some Old Hootie and order a pizza for delivery. Like the old saying... (If you could bottle it, youd make a fortune). OLD HOOTIE.

Its become a favorite bar since we moved to Fort Myers. Trivia on Tuesday nights is one of best times to go. The staff is extremely friendly and I love the relaxed atmosphere. Although Im not the biggest beer drinker, they have some creative blends along with cider and wine available.

Funky little atmosphere, nice art. Beer was all solid, well-crafted and creative takes on their styles of beer. Im generally an IPA and darker beer fan, but found myself really liking their Blond, Belgian, and Wheats. Def. a must-go
