Music was way too loud. We couldnt hear what the hostess was saying to us and most of the time we couldnt hear the what the waitress said either. My husband ordered beer and mild wings. The beer was warm and they said they would bring a different one that was actually cold. Our food arrived and the wings were flaming hot, not mild, but he decided to eat them anyways. Remember, he said he wanted beer and wings? He had to walk up to the bar and purchase a beer because they never replaced the warm one at the table. 12 minutes later, the waitress came back with a replacement beer. He said he already bought one and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. She never came back again. I drank my drink very slow because I was sure she wasnt going to come around and refill the waitress walked by and around our table several times and never stopped to ask how everything was. I had a salad with chicken, cranberries, pecans, oranges and feta cheese. It was wonderful. Very filling! The beer and wing incident didnt ruin the meal. It was the waitress for not doing her job of getting the order correct and taking so long replacing the beer that her customer has already gone to the bar and bought one. My husband did tell the manager, who basically showed/acted like he wasnt interested. I ended up having to flag down the waitress for our bill. If you go there, dont be expecting to hear anyone talking to you. Its not a dinner conversation kinda place. And dont except Carolyn for your waitress......

Unique place. The decor, the music. And the awesome staff. Im glad they have gluten free menu. I know the complications of that and we really appreciate it. So why 3 stars? Because my wife burger was cold as the devils heart. We asked if they can warm it up. And they bring it again as cold as the first attempt. Even the cheese wasnt melted. Anyway. Normally this is a one star for me. But the great stuff the awesome music and the ambient are a big plus here. Its a must place to visit. May be go for the salads that its difficult to fail. Edit. I added one more star. The gluten free brownie was awesome. Edit 2. The manager came and asked us if everything was ok. We told about the burger and they took it from the check. I cannot leave less than 5 stars for the whole experience.

We were at this restaurant in the first week of november of 2015 during the boatshow. We arrived at 11.30 at night on a saturday, and we Were attended by the worst staff ever. rude and horrible service. We ordered and waited over an hour to get the food. The waitress dropped half the food on the floor. The other half had food but no utensils, even asking for it 3 times. Afterwards i went to the manager for utensils but instead we were blamed for dropping the food and got kicked out of the restaurant. There are not enough words to describe how bad the experience was. I dont write review to about restaurants but hardrock corporate really needs to review their staff and start with a clean house in this location.

Came here with my girlfriends visiting from up north the food and customer service was really great I loved the atmosphere! Stopped in the larger retail store before leaving and got some cool gear only down fall to my experience was the nasty sale associate Lisa i came in contact with she was so rude to the other employees really wish that that same energy couldve been carried throughout my experience from the cafe. That was a bummer but I will be back soon!

The food is Hard Rock Cafe standard-fare -- ok, but nothing special. There was a live rock band playing while we were there. The music was good, but too loud for a conversation while dining. There are no prices for the drinks, which makes it a bit awkward to make any decision. All in all, if you are the casino (or would have come anyway), eat there, but I dont recommend driving here just for the restaurant.

On new years this was quiet a disappointment. Although the food was amazing and the crowd was pumped there was not really a celebration when the new year began. No fireworks, just a bad DJ and a so and so live band along with a lot of people. After the countdown everything died and a lot of people went home. After all, I would spend my new years elsewhere. However, a cool place to go on a friday night.

Everything in this casino is kept very clean and aside from the occasional out of order slot machine I genuinely have no complaints I was very satisfied with the time I spent here. The outside area is also very nice and fun to explore. There are lots of things to do and its very easy to lose an entire day here.

Awesome shops. Fun place to turn up over the any day a week. With free parking! Only issue is the 15 dollar per minimum hand of blackjack, I dont mind paying for my entertainment, but its more fun if I can play 20 games with 5 dollar hands per 100 bucks rather than 6.5 games with the 15 dollar hands

This hard rock is the best. The food is great the rooms are beautiful the staff is attentive and the price is reasonable. My favorite thing about this hotel would be the pool. The pool is absolutely beautiful and easy to get to from your room. Whenever I stay in Fort Lauderdale I book here.

I went there to the casino, and my wallet got stolen. They checked all the cameras but they said they couldnt find anything. After a while they found another stolen wallet in the bathroom. So just be careful cause the place is not safe.

This is my favorite place to go. I always get the big cheeseburger, fries and the ultimate long island iced teas in the souvenir hurricane glass. Never been disappointed! Service is always friendly and great. Fun atmosphere.
