This golf course has greatly improved in the last year or so. Especial thanks to Teo Perez for bringing me back to this course. You can feel the difference in the maintenance and the greens are in extremely better condition. Good price too. 06/03/16 new review Apparently they have returned to the old ways, the greens are not in such good condition, the staff has become impolite. Its a shame that all improvement is getting trashed by mismanagement. Just yesterday I went to the field to play before going to my office, I got the surprise that the greens had been aerated and when I say aerated, had never seen such large holes and topdressing sand as thick as this, besides not being removed partially. actually the greens were unplayable. I think, and correct me if Im wrong, when this happens, the course operators have the responsibility to report this situation to the public that will play before paying. When I tried to put the complaint in the Golfshop, the girl called the supervisor (Joshua), I wanted to talk to him but I heard when he said he did not want to argue with anyone and instructed the girl to give us a bucket of practice balls for next time. Here you can see the inability that this gentleman has to deal with the public and the sloppiness of their operation. I belong to a group of people who have collaborated in one way or another with the lifting of the reputation of this golf course and it is a shame that we all have the same negative opinion. "If you always do what youve always done, you will always get what youve always got". I keep thanking Teo for his continuous interest and follow-up to make our group go to this (Our neighborhood) course.

I went yesterday at 9;15 AM I had a tee time at 10:00 am, they had quoted me on the phone $25, when i get there the girl at the clubhouse told me the rate was actually $35. so i said okay let me pay now and also get a small bucket to hit, she then tells me the rate was $42, i said but you just told me the rate was $35, she explains to me that in order for me to get the $35 rate I would have to actually pay at 10 am, your kidding right, so i then tell her okay let me pay for the bucket of balls and then I will come back at 10 am and pay for the tee time, so in the meantime let me get a cart, she tehn tells me that she cannot give me a cart until i pay for the tee time, i had to walk with my golf bag all the way to the range and then back so I can get a cart ridicules rule, anyway finally was able to start playing, the fairways are horrible , the greens maybe 3 of them are pristine the rest of the greens look unkept with weeds growing and so are the tee boxes, no cart girl either, never again Update 6/23/2017 The greens are in much better shape and so are the fairways, not all but the majority are pretty decent, not a bad deal for $37 including tax, the downside on Sundays there is no cart person anywhere to sell you drinks or food. the place is practically empty on Sundays, and they now give you a cart to drive to the driving when before you start to play.

The course is tight but very, very short. It actually makes it very difficult as you are tempted to play longer clubs of the tee than needed. To score well, you only need a 5 iron off the tees. This actually makes it fun to play. Condition wise, this course is very poor. Some greens are nice condition but very long. Some are very poor. The rest of the course (Rough, tees, fairways) are extremely poor. The native St. Augustine grass has taken over. Its the equivalent of cutting down your back yard, which this grass isnt meant to be cut that low so the fairways and tees are ugly. The club house area also have some potential but are just missing some customer service. This place needs an investment to improve but being from another part of the US, I know golf is tough here in Miami. As a business it seems to be very difficult with high costs of construction and land. I wish this place this place the best and hoping it improves!

Ive place this course a few times during my annual summer Miami trip. I throughly enjoyed myself. The staff were pleasant. Today the computers were not working, but Jose (young lad) still let me play, after I handed him my ID and Credit Card. Thanks Jose! The female staff member was very pleasant as well. She also works the cart. I played as a single, was done in two and a half hours. I went out on the first tee time. The course has been taken care of since the last time I played a year and a half ago. Most of the greens are in decent shape. Some are not the greatest. If you want a quick round and play a peaceful round of golf for decent price. Go ahead. If you want a five star golf experience go to Trump National and pay. I have no problem paying for trump, but Im a single and my game is not good enough for trump. Ceviche at the restaurant is delicious! Good job guys and keep it up.

The worst place , driving range is horrible, and they charge you $6 for a bucket of 30 balls , and most of them in such a poor shape. to top it off you have to walk with the bucket because they havent bother to buy a machine for the driving range balls. They Run this place like a third world country, if you are lucky they treat you decent,,,, tried to hit some balls at the range and it was like a freaking festival, everybody is talking loud starting with the teachers. I live in Doral and this is the last time I go there. Make the trip to Miami Springs and you will see the difference, is worth the trip. The customer service is so bad , you would think they are doing you a favor.

Ive played the course about 5 times. Currently they have renovated about half the greens. The other half are in process. Bunkers still need work as do fairways. However the actual layout of the course is challenging. Lots of curves and narrow fairways. Trees are beautiful. Certain holes like the 9th, have a creek type brook view. The people are friendly and if you are patient and not all up tight, you can have a good. Try walking the course for $25. Cant beat it really.

Four stars because the place is not perfect but you can have fun for the price. Play conservative otherwise youll be hitting houses or the street. If you play conservative you get a good score. If you play aggressive unless youre a very good player youll do well otherwise, youll end up frustrated and run out of balls. Play conservative a couple times and youll find the way. Its a management course. Lots of iron and wood shots. Tricky.

Course played well. Greens were long, but all in all well kept. $35 for club rental was outrageous. In town and had a chance to play. $25 to play which is excellent. $35 for clubs is the reason I wont go back. Also, when you enter the club house be prepared to feel like you are interrupting a social gathering of the workers and the attitude that comes with it.
