Played Palmetto GC again the other day. The fairways and greens (fast) are greatly improved a great improvement. Downside is that the Bermuda grass where there should be the first cut is approx 3" deep extremely long on many holes. Making it hard if not almost impossible to find a ball just out of the fairway slowing play, or issuing a penalty. My family was a member at Palmetto CC when it was private the rough then was never kept as it is today. I well know to not hit it there, but sadly it happens. It should not be that difficult to find a golf ball in what should be a first cut area. Playing other courses such as Miami Beach, Normandy Shores, Plantation Preserve, none of those fine courses have the same issue. Lower the mowers for an honest first cut, a public course should not be this way!

Played Palmetto GC today , I star playing and I meet this guy at the 3 hole , he was walking and I ask him if he let me play with him , so he started riding in my car, in the 9 hole a person who works there came to us and told him that he did not pay to ride a car, so we went to the pro shop to pay the difference, the cashier start charging $5 , not $10 oo Im sorry you have to pay $13 """" they dont even know . It is not about the money!! I felt really bad , I think the beauty about the golf is that you can go there and relax, they want to keep the place so nice that what they are doing is putting pressure on guests, me personally I will never go back, I know just 1 cliente less. Very disappointed with their attitude.

We were in the mood for chicken wings so we went to this sports bar grill. 152st. It was Sunday afternoon. The service was good nothing special. At first we looked at the menu and the price was: $ 16.00 Dollars for ten wings. $. 4.50 Dollars for fries. $. 3.00 Dollars. For Ice tea. + Tips We were already there and I said lets order it what the heck. Just let me say this for this price they ask you would think its got to be great . Wrong! the chicken wing werent nothing spectacular ( pidgeon wing). I will never come back again! Abused. no wonder why this place is not busy ;. couple of tables thats all. we were the only jack asses oh well. Dont quote me just give a try! Live and learn right.

We came out to have some sunday funday but it didnt last long. Towards the end of the course an extremely hostile older staff member told us that we had to finish the last two holes bc they closed at 9. So we hurried along, at 8:55 the man unexpectedly took my golfball from the floor at the last hole. He also proceeded to insult the type of people we were and tried to kick us out. We had enough time to finish and were paying customers. You should never treat people like that just bc you wanna clock out.Wont ever come back!

Wait a minute--- the MiniPut is just a small part of Palmetto Golf Course. You have a large lighted driving range that is open evenings. You have a huge practice green that is really manicured and lighted too. How about 18 holes of of golf with lots of water and lots of sand. Palmetto is a municiple course with affordable fees and challenging golf. The MiniPut is great for kids and something different for date night. The restaurant provides good food and friendly service.

Weve used the community room for a graduation party and a fundraiser event. Its inexpensive & nice...the carpet could be changed though. We dealt with Ace and hes top notch! The Sports Grill is on premise and the food is great. My guest were able to purchase alcoholic beverages which was convenient. One less thing for me to provide

Recently took my kids to play mini golf and we were treated very rude. The workers were not very friendly at all. Not sure if it was a race thing however other couples came in and they were treated different then we were. I left this place feeling disgusted and will never return.

I really enjoy this place when I want something fun yet relaxing thing to do with my boyfriend or my family. Ive been going here multiple times, the staff is nice and helpful and I enjoy the multiple lots there are in the mini golf course.

Pretty messy bathrooms, upkeep is noticeably lacking any many areas of the building and mini golf course, but its all fun nonetheless. Just dont eat here, wouldnt recommend that
