Sounds like a fun event. Unfortunately the company folks who manage this have terrible communication skills and unbelievably bad customer service. Booked online and immediately got canceled due to bad weather. THEY reschedule you for the date/time they want. If you want to pick a different date or time then its a $100 re-booking fee. The management company will tell you anything you want to hear on the phone but dont believe them. Unless you have something in writing they will simply say "well you didnt talk to me so unless its in writing forget it". Im sure its great if you actually get to do the lesson but man what a runaround to get there. I guess they know most people are just visitors so they just dont care about their customers.

Had a great experience with this company. I only wish I could remember the names of the two young women who worked with us. We had a large group of 20 people and they couldnt have been nicer. I never knew making a sand castle was so much work but totally worth it to see the finished product! Thanks!

We didnt take part in this but it is a very neat thing to see/watch. I would consider taking a class if I come back.
