A year or two ago, Cafe Unique would not have been a place I would choose to have lunch or dinner. But Maria (owner/manager) has recently upgraded not only the decor...offering a great wine bar and ditching the worn out, dirty carpeting) but the menu and service as well. She has hired a chef who has culinary expertise and several new members on her wait staff. The world market offers the best in various Amish pastries, jams, ice creams, deli-items, and more. The prices are great and the place has a coffee house appeal to it. I have met many people just by having a casual lunch there...artists, musicians and yoga/massage teachers all seem to have a liking for the place. There is outdoor seating and Maria offers a Mystery theatre regularly as well as other special events plus she has enough room to house a banquet, a wedding rehearsal dinner or just about any other type of setting you need. I eat there at least once a week and will continue to do so!

We recently had a banquet for our boys basketball team at Cafe Unique. What a wonderful experience as Maria handled everything from the food, to the decorations to the table settings. The food was delicious as well as beautifully displayed from the salad bar which featured an array of toppings to the main courses including pasta, roasted vegetables and grilled chicken. Maria was also able to accommodate our guests with food allergies/special food diets. The banquet was a success and we hope to do it again next year. Thank you Maria.

Our school recently held prom at Cafe Unique, it was amazing!!! It was like a fairy tale night!! Everything was absolutely beautiful!! The theme was "A Night in Disguise" Marias decorations far exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious!! Maria handled every detail, it was sooo easy. I will definitely use Cafe Unique again and will highly recommend them to anyone!!!

I had my wedding at Cafe Unique in November of 2014 and it was absolutely breathtaking. The staff was wonderful, Maria was so easy to work with and accommodating. The food was fantastic! 100% satisfied and would recommend this place to anyone!

Lose the iceberg lettuce and use romaine on the sandwiches, tastes better and keeps longer in the fridge, an $8 sandwich deserves better.

This place is horrible, service was the worst I have ever seen and the food was more than average. Save your $$$ and go somewhere else.
