Actually saw this on Google when searching for a new Fun Center and a potential place to have my sons birthday party. My first impression was it was nice, looked clean and kid friendly. So we decided to have a family day there to see how my son would like it. For the most part he really enjoyed hisself I think his favor part was the ball pit, they had a separate entrance to a toddler area with an opposite entrance for the little ones. Walking through the center they had an arcade that was very limited on the games and also not appealing to older ages, most of the games were broken and didnt allow you to win a lot of tickets. The prizes was very limited they were mostly candy and sorta 90s party favors for children were available. They had no deals or bundles for coins (they did offer a party favor bundle) each coin cost 25 cents. The games ranged from 2 coins to 4 coins . The coin machine was broken so you had to track down the one woman worker. She was very nice but I do believe in a a fun center there should be a few more workers even though the place is relatively small. If it was a busy day it would have been hard for her to manage. They offered a area similar area like build bear only had a quick glance but looked nice was $14 for a bear didnt see how much the accessories were They had a signs that stated they prohibited outside drinks and food so we decided to eat there. They offered a "combo" that included a slice of pizza and soda which was a 16.9 liter they combo was $3 , however the employee informed us we had to order a whole pizza for $13 due to them having to order it from a local pizza shop. In the brochure they offer a nice selection of food that was kid and adult friendly . The soft play area was torn, outdated, un-maintenance and in areas was unsafe (one of the guns base came up from being screwed down and exposed nail and plywood). Told the worker and she said would inform a maintenance woker. My boyfriend fixed it for the safety of our children , since we were the only family in there it was safe. Hullabaloo was very clean and when we were leaving the woman empolyee was moping the refreshment section. Party room were very nice from what I could see, the paintings of the themes were very colorful and realistic. I was only intrested in the Spongebob party room. I do think if the equipment was maintained, they had a few more workers to be attentive to the customers need or concerns, also that they offered a variety of food, and they updated the arcade section this would be perfect for a younger age group. With the small amount of place ideally this isnt best for older children. Not worth 10 dollars nor 8

I took my 3, almost 4 year old and my 1 year old son. It was clean, not super busy, and there was plenty to do. Its a pretty small place and thats actually a good thing so that your kids are pretty simple to keep track of. They have a big climbing structure and everything is padded. They have a few arcade games (2 were out of order when I was there 3 weeks ago) but nothing too great game wise. They have a moon bounce which is pretty large. They host B day parties for very reasonable prices. I was overall very pleased. Admission is a bit expensive at $10 per kid on the weekend but I think watching my kids run like crazy and the huge smiles were well worth $10. The man who was working the front desk was very nice and he made a point to show us around. Overall I would definitely recommend this place as a good way to wear the kids out.

Last time we were here there was a huge hole in a section of the soft playground, like 6 feet off the ground. The hole was definitely large enough for one of the kids to fall through. I mentioned it to the girl at the front and she responded that "management was aware and they are working on getting it fixed." So they were aware...and still had it open for kids to play on a piece of broken equipment six feet high. No warning, no sign, nothing. Im by no means an overprotective helicopter parent, but as a mama bear, its my job to protect my kids. Hopefully its been fixed by now, but due to their absolute disregard for my childrens safety, we wont be going back. Someone should definitely be inspecting their equipment...

Brang my 3 year old nephew there as something new to do, and all I can say is never again..... where to start, this place is so unsafe it shouldnt even be open. The small bounce house had a hole in it. The safty nets in the play area were torn and tattered to the point where a child could fall through. The arcade games were either broken or didnt work at all, and the prizes for the kids were stuff you could buy at the dollar store. Only thing really good is the price, I you get what you pay for.

I thought it didnt get worse than Pump it Up....it honestly gives me the vibe that the owner purchased the place and thought that they did not have to invest in it. The nets were tattered and a lot of the play center seemed very unsafe. It definitely needs an extreme makeover. My advice for those who are able to travel go to jump on over in Middletown. If youre not able to travel, then save your money and just go to Glasgow Park

Not so good experience. There was a horrific smell in the play area so all the moms went investigating and found a large puddle of pee. The owner was notified and only used paper towels to clean it up and no disinfectant. He was asked how often they sterile and clean the play equipment and he responded with once a month. None of the video games are ever turned on either.

Good equipment and okay price for their Toddler time, but its relatively small and the staff is somewhat off putting. The inflatable was only inflated toward the end of our time there. The cleanliness, particularly the womens bathroom, left a lot to be desired. Id drive to Jump On Over in Middletown before going here again.

The place is cold, dirty and there are broken games and areas where there are safety and health concerns. Staff has little to know personality. Every weekend they close for private parties. They should not advertise as open to public. Never will I suggest this place. The health and safety inspector should shut it down.

Whose idea was it to put guns in here?! Kids can shoot each other at point blank, and they do! Aside from that, its a pretty fun indoor padded playground with slides, climbing walls, a zip line, bridges and tunnels. Theres a separate area for younger kids like three and under. Also - video games and skee ball. Wee!

This place is not worth the birthday packages! First of all the birthday package includes a host for your birthday room she was in slippers, she did not assist with the party room! The pizza and soda was purchased at the next door pizzeria! The soft play bouncer was broken! This was the worst place!
