Orange Hills is a moderately challenging 18 hole course nestled in the valley that goes through the town of Orange. A decent amount of elevation changes combined with an interested layout make for a fun round of golf that caters to both the mid and low-handicap player alike. The service staff in the tiny pro shop is friendly and helpful but in my now four visits to the club, only one time has someone actually been behind the counter to collect payment for your tee time. Granted the actual wait time can range from a minute to five but its safe to say its a bit of an annoyance. The clubs starter is always there at the first tee and they also have a marshal roaming the course, usually the front 9, to keep the pace of play in check. The course itself is fun but they seem to always have a problem with leaves no matter the time of season. I played there this week (first week of June) and probably half of the fairways, roughs, and greens were littered with green and white leaves which made finding your ball in some cases impossible. I cant tell you how frustrating it is to hit your tee shot in the fairway or just in the rough and have to drop a ball after searching for 5 minutes. The leaves problem then goes away for the most part on the back 9. This course does not have a driving range. Overall the rates for walking are pretty cheap and it is an enjoyable place to play golf and worth the money.

Not a bad course. Maintained fairly well. Played today there was a frost delay which is understandable but they had it cart path only for the rest of the day. We could not figure out why it was cart path only. The course was not wet at all and it was 65 degrees today.

Play the course a few times a year. Always in great shape. A little tight on some holes. If its crowded you will always have people hitting on your fairways.

Great course, always a good time. Starter was miserable and rude to my playing partner and myself for no reason.... Course was in excellent shape
