worst place to go mosquito wouldnt let you stand there for a sec plus there is acres of space there and they wouldnt let you spare a corner so you can play something other than golf. the guy said there are signs all over saying it is reserved for golf however i stayed there for a hr and didnt see a sign beware dont go if you do not play golf the whole 2 grounds will be empty but they wouldnt spare you a small corner.

Goodwin Park could be a nicer park, but its dominated by a golf course half the year and a stupid light display the other half. Theres also pool, fitness trail, nature trails, playground, basketball court, some sports fields and a pond, but its dominated by those aforementioned two things. This has the effect of making the park seem somewhat private and exclusionary.

The practice range was great! Brand new mats and nice range balls. Also, the tee holders were great and the various targets at different yardages are fun to hit at. Unfortunately, I dont live very close to the course, but if I did, I would definitely go there often to hit range balls.

The new management appears to have turned Goody around. Its not perfect, but theyve made a lot of improvements. The miserable state the course was in is gone and theres now at least some hope that the course will be pristine again at some point on the next few years.

Played numerous rounds here this year and still out there in December! The greens seemed to get even better as the actual season died off. Everything here keeps getting better and better! Hoping to play today--Xmas!

The Tee boxes were in poor condition and many of the greens were in poor shape. I was clearly disapointed with the condition of the course overall. I will not be back this year to play this course.

North course maintenance leaves a little to be desired but its a good course to practice on. There are mostly straight, no frills holes, good to brush up on the fundamentals.

Needs more parking & more attention to trash but the views around the ponds are gorgeous & its a great place for a long leisurely walk or invigorating run.

My son came out with bumps all over his body, and there was trash all over. Didnt really like it. Wouldnt be going back..

They have plenty of lifeguards that actually pay attention to the kids and give them lessons. Family friendly

Holiday light Fantasia is amazing also loaded with wildlife right in the middle of Hartford.
