Excellent theater! Way way way better than AMC, which was my original favorite. It has huge screens, superb sound, and if you buy the club cup, you get drinks for a dollar for the year. This is doing it the right way. SPECTACULAR. I just saw X-Men Days of Future Past there, and I was very impressed. My only suggestion is that they do more walkthroughs during the movie. Teenagers have a tendency to get out of control. Thats not Harkins fault, but they can help avoid it by sending employees in more often to check for rude patrons. I just hope they never buy into the whole "if we raise prices, people will still come" thing that other theaters are doing. The reason I love this place is that it doesnt break the bank. I spend 35 bucks average for a drink, popcorn, and a movie ticket at AMC. At Harkins I spend around 15ish for the movie, drink, and popcorn with the club stuff.

Its a nice theatre located in a nice neighborhood. We like to go early in the day because its not as crowded as in the night time. It is a very crowded place at night. Lots of youth. Im not a big people person, but if youre into that then this is the perfect place for you. Movies are average price, you can get a student discount if you bring your school ID. Its not like a 50% discount or anything crazy like that, but overtime it does add up. They always have the latest movies and their surround sound is the best Ive heard by far. AMC theatres dont even compare. Go to a few showings and compare them to other theatres and youll notice the difference. They spoil you with their "All around you" sound.

Harkins is a beautiful theatre with great accommodations. Unfortunately the experience is often ruined by patrons who bring their babies (last night a couple had a crying child in "Shutter Island"-- What?! You brought your baby to a Scorsese film?...) The patrons are also often rowdy and loud as well. Not sure why we went again last night, and well only be back one more time-- to use the complimentary tickets they handed to 8 of us for not dealing with the crying baby problem even though it was brought to their attention. Im not interested in spending $10 to sit in someone elses living room to watch a movie. So Ill be watching movies in my living room from now on.

With Regal, AMC and United Artists movie theaters seemingly dominating the landscape, I was very surprised and delighted by the experience at Harkins. The staff were very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. And the fact that we didnt have to sit through endless promotional/commercials was soooo refreshing. There were a few movie trailers and then the movie started. I was a little shocked actually because Ive come to expect to be hit with one commercial after another then a bunch of movie trailers, and then comes all the theater announcements and then finally the movie we paid good money to see. Anyway, loved it! Thank you Harkins!

Hate that I have to call them to find out which theatre the movie is in. (Try to get movie when its in CineCapri) Hate getting stuck in the smaller ones. Have not grasped the concept that when there are twenty people in line to buy popcorn that they need more than 2 windows open. Usually miss the first ten minutes of the movie. Not that clean but ok. Sometimes you are forced to wait as they fall behind cleaning up from previous movie. If you complain, they can be downright snotty with you. Food prices are far too high, even for a movie theatre. A coke, popcorn and pretzel shouldnt cost 17 bucks..... Wear a coat, bring your own....

I am a huge Peter Pan fan and was disappointed yesterday at 6:45 when I had to see Pan that the video was a bit scratchy at times and my popcorn was very salty. I also had a problem with about 7 children next to me were talking a bit too much and very loud they would not be quite after telling them to be quiet so I had to move away from my family because of those kids. I was very disappointed because my family loves this theatre and was very displeased with this visit.

Ive been going here for many years. Its always been a pretty decent place. You can see movies for pretty cheap here compared to downtown. Students and seniors get discounts. They have loyalty cups and T shirts which I think is a good way to get pop here for a buck. It can get pretty packed on weekends with new movies premiering. Buy tickets early those nights. No assigned seating. Snacks can be pricy just like anywhere else. Lots of younger crowds here.

Everything except the management is great..... Faith should NOT be any part of customer service, we were mislead into buying drinks that were said to be refillable....yeah if you pay for it. The cashier called Faith over and instead of saying sorry, (that the cashier that originally gave us our drinks) was incorrect.. Thrn she points to the menu and says so rudely it says it clearly on it dumped out drinks out and walked away.

Im raising this 4 Stars so it posts to the top of the board. My vaporizer gell out of my pocket in the theater and the manager made it nothing but uncomfortable when calling. She says Im welcome to search the theater myself but that the janitors are very nice and would have turned it in. That was a $250 dollar device that I hope they enjoy cause Ill never go back there or allow any of my friends to.

The surrounding shops and restaurants will keep you busy till the movie starts. Equipped with a daycare, mini arcade, Cine Capri (larger screen) and 17 other theaters. A wide selection of treats and snacks and a loyalty program if youre a movie buff. The only down side is no reserved seats and they dont bring your food to you. Otherwise I definitely recommend seeing movies here.

Everybody was nice from the ticket booth till we left including the lady wiping the windows at 630. My son dropped his candy and popcorn on the floor and one of the red jackets gentlemen told us dont worry about picking It up. Two people sweeping quickly swept it up and they gave him a brand new bag of candy and popcorn. Im choosing this theatre even if its farther then some.

It seems like each time I am at this theater there are infants and/or toddlers in the movie. They are supposed to have a daycare, but it seems that more inconsiderate parents decide they want to bring their kids into the theater. I gave two stars because it is clean, and the sound is decent. However, if it werent for the proximity I would never use this Harkins theater.

You pretty much have to park in back & walk a ways to the theater. Food prices are outrageous but the staff are very friendly, courteous & helpful. Theater was kept clean. The individual theaters inside Harkins that Ive been in were all small - one entrance & old style seats (dont recline, arm rests arent adjustable, etc). We had a good time.

its not the best movie theatre, they really need to work on better customer service half the time the young kids working there are not helpful and can not answer my questions. the bathrooms could be a little cleaner, as could the theatre seats. and the automated call center to inquire about movies is not always right with its showtime listings.
