Awesome experience!! We (family of 5-kiddos in age 13 to 2) loved getting to see decorated athletes (some who had earned medals in Rio 2016), trainers and Olympic hopefuls in action! We really enjoyed getting to hear the fun facts about the Olympic sports, athletes, and the training facility. The tour guide was family friendly, informative and humorous. The tour was 45 mins so it provided lots of opportunities for the little ones to move around. Lots of great family photo opps! This is a must-do for anyone who enjoys facts, Olympic sports and guided tours. *This was listed as "free" on several sites, but it is not free. Well worth the small fee for a tour!

This was an awesome experience. I absolutely love the Olympics so when I found out one of the Training Centers was in Colorado Springs, I said that I had to go. When I got there I found out that it was free to get in. They took you on a tour of the entire campus letting you see where the athletes train and live and eat and everything. This was a great attraction for families and was a very friendly environment with all of the staff and athletes. All of the tour guides were very knowledgeable which made it very interesting. I actually learned a lot about the Olympics overall and how things work for Team USA. I highly recommend it.

It was different than I anticipated . Expected more action or at the very least be able to watch athletes train. Swimming was the only sport to watch live action but you have to stand outside in the freezing cold and watch through glass. Tour was short and sweet. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and sweet. We went over Christmas break so Im sure thats why we didnt see more Olympians. Most of the tour is conducted outside. We went on a snowy, freezing day so be prepared for that. Recommend this tour for warmer temps! Kids enjoyed it!

I took the standard tour on a Saturday morning. It was awesome. We were able to view some talented, aspiring Olympians preparing for the upcoming winter Olympics (bobsled pushers). Admittedly, the experience can be a bit cathartic, if you let it captivate you. I also really enjoy athletics and Olympic sport, so I could have a bias. Give it a shot. Its a small peek behind the scenes that allows you to see how these folks prepare to represent our nation in the Olympic games.

Pay for a tour and you get a great tour guide who is likely an athlete. You may or may not see any athletes training. Not much different than a college athletic facilities. There is a store where the Nike products are marked up higher than the Nike tag. Corporate sponsors McDonalds and Coca Cola everywhere. Athletes are fed junk food in the cafeteria with a few healthy options. Many sports dont train out of this facility as they have their own headquarters.

Went to the mens gymnastics team rehearsal that was open to the public and took a tour of the facility. Very cool and had an awesome tour guide (a U.S. Bob Sled team member). Everything was great until I asked for directions from a staff member at the facility and got a smart ass remark that was totally uncalled for and unprofessional. Maybe he was tired of dealing with tourists, I dont know. But, a little more decorum wouldve been nice.

I had high expectations for touring the CSOTC. I was let down a little. You only get to see a small area of an already small campus. Nonetheless it is impressive. I know tour guides vary but our particular guide couldn’t answer very many questions. My advice would be to contact them ahead of time and see what athletes are training or it there are any events so you can witness the action.

The main visitor center was under construction. A great complex with a lot of history, but nothing that stands out as a Wow factor unless youre into certain olympic fields. Our tour guide was monotone but he was knowledgeable. We were able to see the fencing, wrestling, and gymnastic areas as well as the pool and the living quarters. Cheap to tour if youre in the area.

This is a fantastic place to visit. You actually get to see current and future Olympians training. We met one of the gymnasts from the Rio games. Very friendly folks here, both the athletes and the tour guides. The tour is informative and fascinating. Id like to go back and do the upgraded tour that includes lunch in their training cafeteria. Awesome place!

The guided tour starts with watching an introductory video followed by touring parts of the facility including training areas for shooting, wrestling, swimming, athlete residence, etc.. Our tour guide is very cheerful and informative. The tour lasts almost an hour and costs five bucks. Definitely worth a stop if you visit Colorado Springs.

Just $5 for such an informative tour! Sooooo worth it! If youre even mildly interested in the Olympics, take this tour to see how aspiring Olympians train! I only docked one star because I was expecting to dump a load of money in the gift shop for olympic (Nike) gear but the selection was underwhelming and not particularly stylish.

The place was nice but outdoors common areas where dirty. Film was interesting, gift shop was ok. The tours are not the same and we kept running into other groups which was annoying. $40 was a great donation to help support the team, just frustrated with lack of organization and information on the athletes.

Was a little disappointed with this. The moneys going to a good cause, but the tour seemed a little light on interest. Didnt help that the intro video stopped working half-way through and we were sat staring at a blank screen for a few minutes as our "guide" had left the auditorium.

Really cool experience, the tour is a must. Currently remodeling the team USA store and Visitors center. Will be spectacular when its done. They are still open now but many of the exhibits have been moved or are under construction. Might want to call ahead to see where they are at.

Just stopped by for ten minutes yesterday. Nice complex and grounds but some areas are currently under construction (July 2017). Decent restrooms. Trendy sportswear shop. Lots of tours available. Tour required to see the grounds. Probably wont go again.

Went on the paid tour of the center, and it was very cool to see all the different training facilities. Our tour guide, Chris, was very knowledgeable and had some great facts. The tour lasted about 30 minutes and I left smarter than I was going in.

The tour is excellent, and the tour guides are supremely knowledgeable. The facility is beautiful. If you are at all interested in the Olympics and want something to do right in the springs this is a fantastic use of your time.

Kept hoping someone would notice me. Say to the coach theyre walking with "that guy, he looks physically fit, we could use a guy like that on our team." Nope, nothing. Just a security guard that said "You cant be here.."

Great tour of the facility that are pumping out world class athletes. The tour is both inside and outdoors so go on warmer days or bring a coat. There is not much memorabilia if thats whats your expecting to see.
