Michael and Jessica Hicks

We have been wrongly charged twice. Each time it takes days to straighten out because the winery wont return calls. Multiple unauthorized charges are a constant headache. Our account manager Kyle is unresponsive and his customer service skills are seriously lacking. The winery response was to refund our money AGAIN! Nice but this was after I asked to close our account. Someone should tell these people that a free bottle, an apology, and no bs excuse wouldve kept us as customers. Great wine worst customer service on planet.

We came here after visiting a few other tasting rooms near the Sonoma plaza and having a not so good experience. Roche was like a breath of fresh air! The staff was incredibly friendly, gave us generous pours, let us try a few reserve wines, and just generally made us feel welcome. Cant recommend it highly enough!

Although they are known for prize winning Chardonnay, I have always enjoyed their reds (Pinot Noir and especially their Merlot). They have made a great Cabernet in the past but havent made one for quite a while. Not to be missed is their late harvest Merlot (a nice desert wine). They have great customer service.

Roadside tasting in the heart of downtown Sonoma which feature mostly sweet wines. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere extremely chill. 7pm, its a decent place to close out the evening before heading for dinner. The barrel tasting and option to buy a year early was pretty cool.

Thats the place to taste great wines! All the wines we tried were terrific. The bartender gave us an exciting lesson on how to properly open wine bottles. The waitress is very friendly and knows a ton about wines. And they arent strict with opening hours; you may stay way after 7pm.

Great winery and customer service. We joined the wine club last year but had a few delivery issues with our shipments in January and February. Just stopped by and they straightened everything out with minimal effort. Clearly interested in keeping their members and customers happy.

Roche is a fun and casual tasting spot just off of Sonomas Town Square, and offers a considerable number of sweet and late harvest wines along with its dry reds and whites. The large patio is a great place to take a glass of wine after a tasting.

The garden tasting area at Roche Winery is THE place to chill out in Sonoma. We brought some cheese from a shop in the square about a block away. My wife and I absolutely positively love the Reserve Pinot Noir. Highly recommended.

Wine was pretty solid and the staff are great. The patio/outside area is really nice place to hang out near downtown before hitting a restaurant for dinner.
